Հայաստանում կարող է արգելափակվել ռուսական հաղորդման հեռարձակումը․ ԲՏԱ նախարար

«Ռոսիա 1» հեռուստաալիքով հաղորդավար Դմիտրի Կիսիլյովի կողմից հաղորդման ընթացքում հնչեցվել են արհեստական գեներացված անընդունելի թեզեր, շրջանառության մեջ են դրվել խոսույթներ, որոնք ՀՀ ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ են, հետևաբար Դմիտրի Կիսիլյովի հաղորդման հեռարձակումը կարող է Հայաստանում արգելափակվել։

Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանն՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպանին ԱԳՆ կանչելու և բողոքի հայտագիր ներկայացնելու պատճառներին:

Հայրապետյանը նշել է, որ ՌԴ դեսպանին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարություն կանչելը և բողոքի հայտագիր հանձնելը կապված է եղել օրերս «Ռոսիա 1» հեռուստաալիքով հաղորդավար Դմիտրի Կիսիլյովի կողմից որոշակի հայտարարությունների հետ։

«Հաղորդման ընթացքում հնչեցվել են, մասնավորապես, արհեստական գեներացված անընդունելի թեզեր, խոսույթներ են շրջանառության մեջ դրվել, որոնք ՀՀ ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ են։ Սրանով պայմանավորված՝ այո, այսօր ԱԳՆ է հրավիրվել դեսպանը և բողոքի նոտա է հանձնվել այս կապակցությամբ»,-մանրամասնել է Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը։

Վերջինս նաև հիշեցրել է, որ ռուսական ալիքի եթերում նմանօրինակ անընդունելի բովանդակությամբ մեկ այլ հեռուստահաղորդում ևս եղել է, որն արդեն արգելափակված է Հայաստանում՝ ինչպես հանրային մուլտիպլեքսի տարածքում, այնպես էլ ցանցային օպերատորներով․ խոսքը Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի հաղորդման մասին է։

«Մեր տպավորությունն այն է, որ մեր հեռուստադիտողը առանձնապես մեծ կարոտով չի սպասում այդ հաղորդմանը։ Ինչպես նախորդ հաղորդման դեպքում, այս պարագայում ևս կոնկրետ Դմիտրի Կիսիլյովի հաղորդման հեռարձակումը կարող է մեր երկրում արգելափակվել»,-նշել է ԲՏԱ նախարարը։

Նախարարը նշել է, որ բոլոր այն հաղորդումները, որոնք կհեռարձակվեն մեր երկրի տարածքում, հասանելի կլինեն հայաստանյան հեռուստադիտողի համար իրենց բովանդակությամբ պետք է համապատասխանեն օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված բովանդակությանը, ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես հայաստանյան տեղական մյուս հեռուստաալիքներն են այդ կանոններին հետևում:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ այստեղ ՀՀ կառավարության ակնկալիքը լեգիտիմ է, օբյեկտիվ է և արդար է։ Այս պարագայում այսօր մենք աշխատանքային կարգով բողոք ենք ներկայացրել հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողով, որի արդյունքում կունենանք կոնկրետ արձագանք ՀՌՀ-ի գործընկերների կողմից, և դրանից հետո ԲՏԱ նախարարությունը կհստակեցնի իր անելիքները,- հայտարարել է նախարարը:

Նա շեշտել է, որ բոլոր միջազգային հեռուստաալիքներով հեռարձակվող կոնտենտը, որը ուղիղ կհակասի ՀՀ-ի պետական շահերին, լրջորեն վերանայվելու է Հայաստանի կողմից, և հարկ եղած դեպքում դրանց հեռարձակումը արգելափակվելու է։
