Համբերության բաժակը լցվել է. ի՞նչ կնախաձեռնի Ռուսաստանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց «Եվրոպական միությանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» օրինագիծը։ Ճիշտ է, ապահովագրվելով՝ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ սա դեռ չի նշանակում ՀՀ անդամակցություն ԵՄ-ին, այդուամենայնիվ, հավելեց, որ պետք է հանրաքվե անցկացնել, իսկ հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի «արևմտյան թևը» այնպիսի տեղեկատվական արշավ է կազմակերպել, կարծես Հայաստանն արդեն ԵՄ անդամ է:

Այս ամենից հետո բավական կոշտ գնահատականներ հնչեցին Ռուսաստանից: Մասնավորաբար, ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը նշել էր, թե ԵԱՏՄ-ն և ԵՄ-ն անհամատեղելի են, ու Հայաստանը պետք է ընտրություն կատարի այս երկու կառույցների միջև:

Իսկ Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը նշել էր, թե «չեմ զարմանա, եթե մորուքը սափրած Փաշինյանը [Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վերջին հայտարարություններից հետո] հիշի, որ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ է»: Նա նաև հեգնել էր. «Հաշվի առնելով հայ ղեկավարների՝ ԵՄ հետ ամուսնանալու ցանկությունը, կարելի է ուղղակիորեն դիմել եվրոպացիներին։ ԵՄ-ում սիրում են «դրախտ մուտքի թեկնածուներին» օգնել գումարով և զենքով»:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Ռուսաստանում, ինչպես ասում են, «համբերության բաժակը լցվել է»: Ու չնայած Հայաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը երեկ հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի օրակարգում չկա ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու հարց, չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկա օրերին Ռուսաստանն ինքը նախաձեռնի Հայաստանին ԵԱՏՄ-ից, ինչպես նաև ՀԱՊԿ-ից հանելու գործընթաց: Իսկ թե ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա դա Հայաստանի համար, դժվար չէ կանխատեսել: Պատահական չէ, որ նույն Օվերչուկն ասել էր, որ եթե Հայաստանում սահմանափակվեն ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները, մի կողմից կթանկանան էներգակիրներն ու պարենային ապրանքները, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ հայկական ապրանքների արտահանումը կնվազի 70-80 տոկոսով»։
