Օրգանական մեղր AUREA. բիզնես՝ ընտանեկան 35 տարվա մեղվապահական ավանդույթներից

Մասնագիտությամբ աշխարհագրագետ-մանկավարժ Հայարփի Հակոբյանը, շարունակելով իր ընտանիքի ավելի քան 35 տարվա մեղվապահական ավանդույթները, հիմնել է մեղրի սեփական արտադրությունը, որը շուկայում ներկայացված է AUREA անվամբ։ 

Ընկերության արտադրանքը պատրաստվում է Լոռու մարզի Վարդաբլուր գյուղում, փեթակներ կան նաև Գեղարքունիքի Մարտունի գյուղում։  

AUREA-ն Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի և Իմփաքթ Հաբի ֆելոուշիփ ծրագրի մասնակիցներից է. տարբեր դասընթացների մասնակցելու ընթացքում ստեղծվեց ընկերության նոր արտադրանքը՝ ամենօրյա օգտագործման 10 գրամանոց մեղրի տուփերը, որի համար արտադրությունում ավելացավ նոր հոսքագիծ: 

AUREA-ն, իր գործընկերների՝ Ակբա բանկի և Գերմանիայի բնության պահպանության միության (NABU) աջակցությամբ, նաև ստացել է օրգանական սնունդ արտադրողի սերտիֆիկատ:

«AUREA անվանումը լատիներենից թարգմանաբար նշանակում է ոսկե, փորձում ենք մեր բրենդով փոխանցել մեղրի ոսկու չափ կարևոր և թանկարժեք լինելու գաղափարը: Մեր մեղվանոցը տեղակայված է արոտավայրերին մոտ՝ հեռու գյուղական բնակավայրից, համապատասխանում է օրգանական բոլոր պահանջներին, ինչը, բնականաբար, ավելացնում է մեր պրոդուկտի արժեքը։ Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի և Իմթաքթ Հաբի ֆելոուշիփն ինձ համար շատ առանցքային ծրագիր է եղել, որի ընթացքում մասնակցել եմ բիզնեսի զարգացմանն ու մարքեթինգին ուղղված ամենատարբեր դասընթացների։ Դրանք ինձ նոր պրոդուկտներ ստեղծելու հնարավորություն տվեցին։ 2021-ին սկսեցինք զբաղվել օրգանական մեղվաբուծությամբ։ Ակբա բանկի և NABU-ի «Օրգանական գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման» ծրագրի շրջանակում փոխհատուցվեցին սերտիֆիկացման ծախսերը: Աջակցություն ենք ստացել 2023-ին, որը ծախսերի կրճատման առումով շատ մեծ աջակցություն է փոքր տնտեսություններին, որովհետև փոքր տնտեսությունից օրգանական գյուղատնտեսություն անցնելու համար մեծ ռեսուրսներ պետք է լինեն»,- նշել է «Ագրի» ընկերության տնօրեն Հայարփի Հակոբյանը։ 

Բիզնեսի հաջորդ քայլն արդեն Վարդաբլուրում հյուրատան կառուցումն էր, որը գյուղը դարձնում է զբոսաշրջային նոր ուղղություն:  Մեղվափեթակների յուրահատուկ կոնցեպտով հյուրատանը կարելի է իրականացնել մեղրի համտես, մասնակցել մեղրաքամին, այցելել օրգանական մեղվապահության մեղվանոց և  ցանկության դեպքում մասնակից լինել արտադրական գործընթացներին։
