Փաշինյանը որոշել է կատարել Ալիևի բոլոր պահանջները

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի կոշտ սպառնալիքներից հետո Փաշինյանն անատամ մի պարզաբանում էր տարածել։ Բառերի կույտ երկնելով՝ փորձել էր հանրությանը համոզել, թե իրենք մտադիր չեն կատարել թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի պահանջները։

Սակայն արդեն երեկ Փաշինյանը 12 կետերից բաղկացած առաջարկներ է ներկայացրել հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման ուղղությամբ։ Առնվազն երկու կետ ապացուցում են, որ գործող իշխանությունները որոշել են գնալ վատթարագույն ճանապարհով, կատարել Ալիևի բոլոր պահանջները։ Փաշինյանը չի բացառում միմյանց նկատմամբ առաջադրված պահանջներից, ներառյալ բայց ոչ միայն միջազգային դատական ատյաններում, հրաժարվելու հնարավորությունից։ Հռոմի ստատուտին միացած ՀՀ իշխանությունները որևէ քայլ չեն կատարել Ալիևին ու Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական իշխանությանը պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ, թեպետ ստատուտին միանալու պատճառաբանությունը, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին հասցված վնասը հենց այդ հանգամանքով էին բացատրում։

Մասնագետները բազմիցս նշել են, որ միջազգային գանգատներից հրաժարվելու դեպքում ՀՀ դիրքերն անհամամետ թուլանալու են։

Վերջին կետով էլ Փաշինյանն առաջարկում է լուծարել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը։ Խմբի լուծարում պահանջել է Ադրբեջանը, կողմ արտահայտվել Ռուսաստանը։ ՄԽ մյուս համանախագահները՝ ԱՄՆ-ը և Ֆրանսիան կտրականապես դեմ են այս առաջարկին, հասկանալով, որ խմբի լուծարմամբ դուրս են մնալու քաղաքական գործընթացներից։ Անվանապես դեպի Արևմուտք սլացող Փաշինյանին, կարծես, այդ պետությունների կարծիքը չի հուզում։

Ըստ էության, փչացնելով հարաբերությունները բոլորի հետ, մտնելով Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ազդեցության տակ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դնում է Հայաստան պետության կազմաքանդման հիմքերը։
