Թրամփին դժվար թե հաջողվի արագ լուծել Ուկրաինայի հակամարտությունը. 19FortyFive

ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփին, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, չի հաջողվի արագորեն վերջ տալ ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնել Ֆիննական միջազգային հարաբերությունների ինստիտուտի ռուսագիտության ծրագրի տնօրեն Արկադի Մոշեսը՝ 19FortyFive տեղեկատվական պորտալի համար նախատեսված հոդվածում։

Նա նշում է, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի վրա Թրամփի ճնշումն արդյունք չի տա, քանի որ Մոսկվան լավ է հիշում նրա առաջին նախագահական ժամկետը և Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները վատթարացնելու նրա քայլերը, ինչպես Կիևին Javelin հրթիռների մատակարարումը։

Մոշեսն ընդգծում է, որ պատժամիջոցների ճնշումը նույնպես չի աշխատի, քանի որ Մոսկվային ուկրաինական հակամարտության ժամանակ հաջողվել է հարմարվել տնտեսական ճնշմանը, մինչդեռ պատժամիջոցների ուժեղացումն ավելի մեծ վնաս կհասցնի հենց ԱՄՆ տնտեսությանը։

Վերլուծաբանը նշում է, որ Բիլ Քլինթոնից ի վեր ԱՄՆ-ի յուրաքանչյուր նախագահ փորձել է «վերագործարկել» հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, սակայն իրենց ժամկետների վերջում երկու երկրների հարաբերություններն ավելի վատն էին, քան սկզբում, ուստի Մոսկվան «կարգավորման» խոստումները որպես վստահելի չի ընկալում։ 

Ինչպես Թրամփն ընդգծել է հունվարի 7-ին Ֆլորիդայի Վեսթ Փալմ Բիչի մերձակայքում գտնվող Մար-ա-Լագոյի նստավայրում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում, նա ակնկալում է իր բանակցությունները Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ, որոնք ներառում են Ուկրաինայի հակամարտության կարգավորումը տեղի կունենա շատ ավելի վաղ, քան երդմնակալությունից վեց ամիս անց: Թրամփը նաև խոստովանել է, որ «միշտ հասկացողություն է եղել», որ Ուկրաինան չի կարող լինել ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ։ ԱՄՆ հաջորդ առաջնորդը ուկրաինական ճգնաժամն անվանել է «[ԱՄՆ ներկայիս նախագահ Ջո] Բայդենի ֆիասկո» և զգուշացրել է հակամարտության հետագա լուրջ սրման սպառնալիքի մասին։
