Դետեկտիվ ժանրի ոստիկանական վնասազերծում Վանաձորում. հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող տղամարդու ձեռքից ոստիկանները կարողացել են վնասազերծել մարտական նռնակն ու դանակը

Երեկ՝ հունվարի 7-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում: Ժամը 19:10-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Լոռու մարզի քրեական վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկւթյւոններ են ստացվել, որ ՀՀ նախկին քր. օր.-ի 177 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով դատապարտյալը, ով խուսափում է ազատազրկումից և ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 254 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով դատաքննությունից խուսափելու համար հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող քաղաքացին գտնվում է Վանաձոր քաղաքի Լանջային փողոցի տներից մեկում: 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված հասցե են մեկնել Լոռու մարզի քրեական ոստիկանության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Խորեն Բարխոյանի գլխավորությամբ: 

Վարչության աշխատակիցները, այցելեով նշված վայր, պարզել են, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է և հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Ա. Ա.-ն հայտնաբերվել է այդ հասցեում և նրան ոստիկաններն առաջարկել են իրենց հետ միասին կամովի ներկայանալ Լոռու մարզային քրեական վարչություն, սակայն Ա. Ա.-ն դանակով հարձակվել է ոստիկանության ծառայողներից մեկի վրա՝ փորձելով հարվածել նրան: 
 
Բարեբախտաբար քրեական ոստիկանության ծառայողը բռնել է նրա ձեռքից, բայց դանակի շեղբը վնասել է ոստիկանության ծառայողի ձեռքը, ինչից հետո քրեական ոստիկանները փորձել են վնասազերծել Ա. Ա.-ին: 

Ոստիկաններին հաջողվել է բռնել նրա աջ ձեռքը, որից հետո Ա. Ա.-ն մյուս ձեռքը տարել է վերարկուի ձախ գրպանը, այնտեղից հանել նռնակ ու բութ մատը մտցնելով նռնակի պաթուցիչի մարտական օղակի մեջ՝ փորձել է քաշել նռնակի պայթուցիչի գործարկման օղակը՝ սպառնալով պայթեցնել բոլորին: 
 
Բերաբախտաբար ոստիկանության ծառայողներից մեկին հաջողվել է բռնել Ա. Ա.-ի ձեռքը և խլել նռնակը, որից հետո ոստիկանները ուժի գործադրմամբ նրան վնասազերծել, ձերբակալել, ապա ձեռքից վերցրել են դանակն ու տեղափոխել ոստիկակնութան Լոռու մարզային քրեական վարչություն:  

Դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
