Առողջապահության նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել նոր նախագիծ, որի ընդունման արդյունքում ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման մակարդակով կսահմանվեն այն արատները կամ հիվանդությունները, որոնց առկայության դեպքում բուժաշխատողները չեն կարող զբաղվել մասնագիտական գործունեությամբ։ Հետևաբար, այս նախագծով նախատեսված արատների կամ հիվանդությունների առկայությունը բուժաշխատողների անհատական լիցենզիայի տրամադրման մերժման կամ դադարեցման հիմք կհանդիսանա։

Նշվում է, որ այս որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ից։

Նախագծի ընդունմամբ՝ պետական կամ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմնի բյուջեում ծախuերի և եկամուտների ավելացում կամ նվազեցում չի նախատեսվում:

Առաջարկվում է սահմանափակել բժշկական մասնագիտական գործունեությունը՝ հետևյալ ֆիզիկական արատների կամ հիվանդությունների առկայության դեպքում․

  1. Երկու աչքերի (բինօկուլյար) կուրություն (H54.0) (բացառությամբ բժշկական խորհրդատվության մատուցման դեպքերի),
  2. Օրգանական, ներառյալ սիմպտոմատիկ, հոգեկան խանգարումներ (F00 – F09),
  3. Հոգեկան և վարքի խանգարումներ` կապված հոգեներգործուն նյութերի օգտագործման հետ (F10- F19).
  4. Շիզոֆրենիա, շիզոտիպային և զառանցանքային խանգարումներ (F20 – F29).
  5. Տրամադրության (աֆեկտիվ) խանգարումներ (F30 – F39).
  6. Սովորույթի և հակումների խանգարումներ (F63),
  7. Մտավոր հետամնացություն (F70 – F79),
  8. Շնչառական օրգանների տուբերկուլյոզ` հաստատված մանրէաբանորեն կամ հյուսվածքաբանորեն (A15):
