Մարդկությանը նոր վիրուս է սպառնո՞ւմ

Ըստ Չինաստանի Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման կենտրոնի հաղորդման՝ Չինաստանում ներկայումս արձանագրվում է մարդու մետապնևմովիրուսային (HMPV) վարակի դեպքերի կտրուկ աճ:  Բացի այդ,   լարված համաճարակային իրավիճակ  է նաև մյուս շնչառական վարակների առումով, մասնավորապես՝ A գրիպի,  Mycoplasma pneumoniae և Covid-19 վարակների: Ահազանգող է, որ HMPV վարակի տարածումը հանգեցրել է հանկարծակի մահվան դեպքերի զգալի աճի, հատկապես՝ 40-ից 80 տարեկան անձանց շրջանում: Ավելացել է  է նաև մինչև 14 տարեկան երեխաների թոքաբորբով հոսպիտալացված դեպքերի թիվը: 

Մարդու մետապնևմովիրուսը (HMPV) հայտնաբերվել է 2001 թվականին, այն պատկանում է Pneumoviridae ընտանիքին, որը ներառում է նաև ռեսպիրատոր սինցիցիալ վիրուսը (RSV): HMPV-ն կարող է առաջացնել ինչպես վերին, այնպես էլ ստորին շնչուղիների վարակ բոլոր տարիքային խմբերում, սակայն առավել խոցելի են  երեխաները, տարեցները և թուլացած իմունային համակարգ ունեցողները: 

Հարկ է նշել, որ վիրուսն ունի մարդուց մարդուն արագ տարածվելու հատկություն, այն փոխանցվում է շնչառական արտազատուկներով օդակաթիլային մեխանիզմով՝  անմիջական շփման միջոցով, օրինակ՝ ձեռքսեղմում, կամ բաղարկված առարկաներին դիպչելու միջոցով: Վարակի  ինկուբացիոն շրջանը 3-5 օր է: Ընդհանուր ախտանշանները ներառում են հազ, ջերմություն, քթից արտադրություն, շնչառության դժվարացում: 

Կանխարգելման համար առաջարկվում է՝
• Պահպանումը շնչառական հիգիենան՝ հիվանդի և շրջակա անձանց կողմից դիմակների կրումը, հազի, փռշտոցի էթիկետի պահպանումը
• Պահմանել ձեռքերի հիգիենան՝  հաճախակի լվանալ ձեռքերը՝ 20 վայրկյան տևողությամբ: Չլվացված ձեռքերով չդիպչել դեմքին
• Ախտանշանների առկայության դեպքում մնալ տանը՝ վիրուսի տարածումը կանխելու համար 
•  Պարբերաբար մաքրել հաճախակի շոշափվող մակերեսները
• Հաճախակի օդափոխել փակ տարածքները:

HMPV վարակի դեմ դեռևս պատվաստանյութ հասանելի չէ:

Նշենք, որ 2023 թվականին HMPV վարակի դեպքեր են արձանագրվել  Նիդեռլանդներում, Մեծ Բրիտանիայում, Ֆինլանդիայում, Ավստրալիայում, Կանադայում, ԱՄՆ-ում և Չինաստանում:
