2024-ի ամփոփումն IDBank-ի հետ․ նորարարություն և կայունություն

2024 թվականին IDBank-ը հաստատել է իր դիրքը որպես Հայաստանի ամենաեկամտաբեր բանկերից մեկը՝ ընդգրկվելով առաջին հնգյակի մեջ։ Սա վկայում է բանկի կայունության և արդյունավետության մասին։

Նորարարություն ու թվային լուծումներ

IDBank-ը շարունակում է առաջնորդել թվային ծառայությունների շուկան՝ այս տարի Idram&IDBank հարթակում տրամադրելով ավելի քան 2,5 միլիոն Rocket Line թվային ապառիկ։ Այս ցուցանիշը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է նորարար լուծումների բարձր պահանջարկը և դրանց կարևորությունը հաճախորդների համար։

IDBank-ն ու Իդրամը համատեղ առաջարկում են թվային անտոկոս ապառիկ ավելի քան 10,000 վաճառակետերում, ինչը դարձնում է ծառայությունները առավել մատչելի և հարմար հաճախորդների և օգտատերերի համար։

Թվային ծառայությունների աճ

IDBank-ը շարունակում է ընդլայնել իր թվային ներկայությունը․ բանկի ակտիվ հաճախորդների 85%-ը անցել է թվային ուղիներով սպասարկման, ինչը վկայում է IDBank-ի թվային ռազմավարության հաջողության մասին և ցույց է տալիս հաճախորդների պահանջարկի փոփոխությունները։

Հաճախորդի վստահությունը

Idram-ի և IDBank-ի միջոցով է իրականացվում Հայաստանի անկանխիկ վճարումների մոտ 30%-ը։ Սա ներառում է քարտային վճարումները, Իդրամ QR վճարումները, idbanking.am և Idram web, mobile checkout գործարքները։ Բանկի դիրքը շուկայում նաև արտահայտվում է միջազգային վճարային համակարգերի ներքո գործող ակտիվ քարտերի քանակի բարձր ցուցանիշով՝ հաստատելով հաճախորդների վստահությունն ու նվիրվածությունը։

Հաճախորդակենտրոն մասնաճյուղեր

Բանկը շարունակում է իր հոգալ իր հաճախորդների հարմարավետության մասին ոչ միայն թվային հարթակներում, այլ նաև մասնաճյուղերում։ Այս տարի բացվեց Հին Երևան մասնաճյուղը, որը հերթական անգամ նոր նշաձող սահմանեց բանկային ոլորտում․ ամենը մեկ տեղում՝ խնայելու հաճախորդների ժամանակը։

Բանկը մասնաճյուղեր է բացել նաև  Հրազդան քաղաքում և Երևանի Արաբկիր համայնքում․ այստեղ ևս ստեղծված են բոլոր պայմանները հաճախորդների համար լավագույն փորձառություն ապահովելու համար։

Սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն

Բանկը շարունակում է սոցիալապես բիզնես վարելու իր ռազմավարությունը․ այս տարի ևս, ռազմավարական գործընկեր Իդրամի հետ համատեղ, ընկերությունների միջոցներից «Մի դրամի ուժը» նախաձեռնությանն է նվիրաբերվել ավելի քան 48 միլիոն դրամ։ 2024-ի ընթացքում իրականացվել են մի շարք ծրագրեր ընկերությունների ԿՍՊ առանցքային ուղղություններում՝ աջակցելով երեխաների առողջությանը, բնապահպանությանը, կրթության ոլորտին, ինչպես նաև պատերազմի մասնակիցների աջակցության ծրագրերի։ 2024-ին IDBank-ն իրականացրեց ևս մեկ բացառիկ ծրագիր՝ «Քո կողքին» խորագրով, որն ուղղված էր Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներից 42 ընտանիքի աջակցությանը՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 150 երեխայի հատկացնելով ամսական 40․000 idcoin յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի հաշվարկով։
