Որքա՞ն կկազմի գազի և հոսանքի սակագների նվազման տնտեսական արդյունքը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գազի սակագների իջեցմանը հետևեց էլեկտրական էներգիայի սակագների իջեցումը: Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի որոշմամբ, եկող տարվա փետրվարի 1–ից սպառողների համար ցերեկային սակագինը ներկայի 1 կՎտ/ժ–ի 46,2 դրամի փոխարեն կդառնա 44,98 դրամ, իսկ գիշերայինը՝ 36,2 դրամի փոխարեն՝ 34,98 դրամ:
Նվազեցումը կկազմի մոտ 1,2 դրամ: Այս նվազեցումը պետք չէ չնչին համարել, որովհետև նախկինում էլ, երբ տնտեսական իրողություններով պայմանավորված սակագինը բարձրանում էր, բոլորս հայտարարում էինք, որ հակառակ գործընթացը տեղի չի ունենում երբեք:
Փաստ, որ դա տեղի է ունենում, իսկ սակագնի նվազման չափը պայմանավորված է այն գործոններով, որոնք թույլատրում են այն նվազեցնել այս կամ այն չափով, այլ ոչ թե կամայական ցանկություններով, ինչպես պատկերացնում են տնտեսությունից ոմանք:
Եթե ասվածին ավելացնենք նաև գազի սակագների նվազումը ավելի քան 7 դրամով բնակչության համար, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ այս երկու գործոնները միասին վերցրած կարող են որոշակի սոցիալական դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ:
Մյուս կողմից էլ՝ գազի և հոսանքի սակագների նվազեցման տնտեսական արդյունքը շատ ավելին է, քան սոցիալական անմիջական ազդեցությունը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ գազի սակագների տարբերակված մոտեցմամբ, ջերմոցային տնտեսություններն ու վերամշակող ձեռնարկությունները հունվարի 1–ից նախկին 156 դրամի դիմաց 1 խմ գազի համար վճարելու են 100 դրամ: Սա լուրջ խթան է գյուղմթերքի և մշակող արդյունաբերության ձեռնարկությունների զարգացման համար: Մասնավորապես, ջերմոցների արտադրանքի ինքնարժեքի 30%–ը կազմում են գազի օգտագործման ծախսերը: Եթե դրանց գինն ավելի քան մեկ երրոդով իջնում է, ապա դա նշանակում է, որ մոտավորապես 10–15%–ով իջնելու է արտադրվող ապրանքի ինքնարժեքը:
Ակնհայտ է, որ դրա շնորհիվ բարձրանալու է հայկական գյուղմթերքի մրցունակությունը: Նույն՝ մրցունակության բարձրացման արդյունքն է ունենալու էներգակիրների սակագների նվազումը նաև սննդի և մշակող արդյունաբերության այլ ապրանքների համար:
Կախված էներգակիրների բաժնից թողարկվող արտադրանքի ինքնարժեքում, տարբեր ապրանքների ինքնարժեքը, շնորհիվ գազի և հոսանքի սակագների նվազման, տարբեր չափով կիջնի: Սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ սա լավ հնարավորություն է ոլորտի ձեռնարկությունների համար, որից նրանք պետք է օգտվեն:
Հատկապես պահը նպատակահարմար է նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ ձեռք բերելու նպատակով ներդրումներ կատարելու առումով՝ արտադրանքի հետագա մրցունակության բարձրացումն ապահովելու համար:
