Որո՞նք էին անցնող տարում ամենաքննարկված նախագծերը և օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների առումով ամենաակտիվ պետական գերատեսչությունները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 «Փաստը» տարվա ընթացքում գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր համարում անդրադարձել է պետական տարբեր գերատեսչությունների՝ հանրային քննարկման ներկայացրած նախագծերին: Տարեվերջյան համարում, հիմնվելով իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում առկա տեղեկատվության վրա, ամփոփ կներկայացնենք, թե որ գերատեսչություններն են եղել ամենաակտիվները նախագծերի ներկայացման տեսանկյունից և որոնք են եղել ամենաքննարկված նախագծերը:
 
Եվ այսպես՝ կայքում առկա գրաֆիկի միջոցով կարելի է տեսնել ամենաշատ նախագծեր ներկայացրած տասը պետական մարմինների մասին վիճակագրություն: Տարվա ընթացքում ամենաակտիվը եղել է կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը, որը ներկայացրել է 800-ից ավելի նախագիծ, նրան հաջորդում է արդարադատության նախարարությունը, որի ներկայացրած նախագծերը մոտ 800-ն են, երրորդ տեղում է էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը՝ մոտ 700 նախագծով:
 
Ամենաշատ նախագծեր ներկայացրած պետական մարմինների տասնյակում են պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն, աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի, տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների, շրջակա միջավայրի, առողջապահության, պաշտպանության նախարարությունները, քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն:
 
Իսկ որո՞նք են ամենաքննարկված նախագծերը՝ ըստ կայքում առկա տվյալների: Մեկը ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության՝ դեռևս 2020 թ. ամռանը հանրային քննարկման ներկայացրած նախագիծն է, որը վերաբերում է հանրակրթության չափորոշչին: Երկրորդը նույն ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության ներկայացրած մեկ այլ նախագիծ է, որը վերաբերում է հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների՝ պետբյուջեից ֆինանսավորման կարգին: Այն հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացվել կրկին 2020 թվականին, իսկ այժմ լրամշակման փուլում է: Ամենաքննարկված նախագծերի եռյակը եզրափակում է կրկին ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունն իր մեկ այլ նախագծով, որը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացվել 2024 թ. հունվարփետրվար ամիսներին: Նախագիծը «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկայի անվանումը փոխելու մասին էր: Հիշեցնենք, որ առարկան վերանվանվեց «Հայաստանի պատմություն»:
