ԱՄՆ-ում արևային էլեկտրակայանների նոր ծրագիր են իրականացնում

ԱՄՆ-ի էներգետիկայի նախարարության արևային էներգիայի տեխնոլոգիաների վարչությունը 11 միլիոն դոլար կտրամադրի մեծամասշտաբ արևային կայանքների հետ միասին բնության և գյուղատնտեսության համատեղելիության բարելավման համար՝ «Արևային էներգիան բնության և էկոհամակարգի օգուտներով» ծրագրի շրջանակներում:

Ըստ ԱՄՆ-ի էներգետիկայի նախարարության տվյալների՝ վերջին 10 տարիների ընթացքում ԱՄՆ-ում բացվել է ավելի քան 5000 մեծամասշտաբ արևային էլեկտրակայան, և սպասվում է, որ աճը կշարունակվի հաջորդ տասնամյակում։

Չնայած այն բանին, որ արևային էներգիան հանրային մեծ ընդունելություն ունի, մշակողները նշում են, որ հասարակական ընդդիմությունը լուրջ խնդիր է։ Ընդդիմությունը դրսևորվում է մի քանի ձևերով՝ սկսած արևային կայանքների մոտ ապրող հարևաններից մինչև կազմակերպված խմբեր և համայնքային խորհուրդներ, որոնք ընդունում են օրենքներ՝ արգելելու նման նախագծերը։ Մարդիկ մտահոգվում են, որ արևային կայանքների աճը կարող է ազդել վայրի կենդանիների բնակության միջավայրի և գյուղատնտեսական տարածքների վրա, ինչպես նաև ստեղծել հողօգտագործման խնդիրներ։

Նոր ծրագրի նպատակներից մեկն է՝ մտցնել ռազմավարություններ, որոնք կբարելավեն արևային կայանքների տեղադրման գործընթացները և դրական ազդեցություն կունենան վայրի բնության, էկոհամակարգերի և համայնքների վրա, որտեղ գտնվում են այդ օբյեկտները։ Ֆինանսավորումը կուղղվի հետազոտությունների և մշակումների, տեխնիկական աջակցության և շահագրգիռ կողմերի ներգրավման գործունեության աջակցմանը։ Սպասվում է, որ ծրագրի շրջանակներում կտրվի 3-8 դրամաշնորհ, յուրաքանչյուրը կազմելով 1-3 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար։
