Աղազարյանի հարցով ԱԺ կմտնեն հաջորդ տարի

Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն հրաժարվել է քրեական վարույթ հարուցել Հովիկ Աղազարյանի նամակագրության գաղտնիությունը խախտելու հոդվածով, փաստացի մերժել է պատգամավորի փաստաբանի դիմումը։ Հիշեցնենք, Աղազարյանի հեռախոսը հայտնվել էր քննիչների մոտ, իսկ օրեր անց դրա պարունակությունը հասանելի էր դարձել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, նրա միջոցով էլ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորներին։ «Քաղպայմանագիրն» էլ որոշել էր Աղազարյանին հեռացնել կուսակցությունից և խմբակցությունից՝ իրենց ձևակերպմամբ, հանրային և բարոյական նորմերը խախտելու համար։

Աղազարյանը դիմել էր դատախազություն, պահանջելով քրեական վարույթ հարուցել, թե ինչպես է խախտվել նախաքննական գաղտնիքն ու իր հեռախոսի պարունակությունը հայտնվել այլ, քննության հետ կապ չունեցող անձանց մոտ։ Փաշինյանն ու իր կողմնակիցները պնդում են, թե հեռախոսում առկա նամակագրությանը ծանոթացել են օրենքի շրջանակներում, բայց նման օրենք գոյություն չունի։

Փոխարենը, քրեական վարույթ հարուցվել է Աղազարյանի դեմ։ Բացի «ոչխարների» գործից, Աղազարյանի դեմ քրգործ կա պետական գաղտնիք հրապարակելու հոդվածով։ Եվ իշխանությունը մտադիր է ամեն գնով քրեական հետապնդում հարուցել։ Այս տարի արդեն չեն հասցնի, հերթական հաջորդ նիստերը 2025 թ. է կայանալու, և առաջին իսկ նիստերից մեկում գլխավոր դատախազը միջնորդությամբ մտնելու է խորհրդարան՝ Աղազարյանին քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկելու համար։ Դրանից հետո էլ պատգամավորին կալանավորելու են։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, վերջին նիստերից մեկում Փաշինյանն անձամբ է ասել, թե «այնպիսի օյին է դնելու Աղազարյանի գլխին, որ շունը ձեռքից հաց չվերցնի»։ Փաշինյանը հասկանում է, որ Աղազարյանի օրինակը կարող է վարակիչ լինել, իսկ նրան չպատժելու դեպքում ահաբեկված կուսակիցները կարող են փախչել։ Եվ այժմ, խնդիր է դրված ավելի շատ ահաբեկել ՔՊ-ականներին։ Որոշները, ի դեպ, դեմ չեն հենց այսօր վայր դնելու մանդատը՝ հասկանալով, թե ապագայում իրենց ինչ է սպասվում։
