Բեկում պերովսկիտային արևային բջիջների կայունության հարցում

Հյուսիսարևմտյան համալսարանի գիտնականները մշակել են նորարարական պաշտպանիչ ծածկույթ, որը զգալիորեն բարելավում է պերովսկիտային արևային բջիջների ամրությունը՝ դրանք ավելի մոտեցնելով լաբորատորիայից դուրս գործնական օգտագործմանը: Պերովսկիտի արևային մարտկոցները, որոնք հայտնի են իրենց բարձր արդյունավետությամբ և ցածր գնով, համեմատած ավանդական սիլիցիումայինների հետ, մինչ այժմ քիչ գործնական են եղել իրենց վատ երկարաժամկետ կայունության պատճառով, գրում է Ixbt.com-ը:

Ամիդինիումի վրա հիմնված նոր ծածկույթը 10 անգամ ավելի դիմացկուն է քայքայման նկատմամբ, քան սովորական ամոնիումի վրա հիմնված ծածկույթը: Փորձերի ժամանակ ամիդինիումով պատված արևային մարտկոցները ցույց են տվել T90 ծառայության ժամկետ (արդյունավետությունը մինչև սկզբնական արժեքի 90%-ը նվազելու համար պահանջվող ժամանակը), երեք անգամ ավելի երկար, քան ամոնիումով պատված բջիջները, երբ ենթարկվում են ծանր պայմանների ազդեցությանը:

«Աշխարհում երկար ժամանակ աշխատում են պերովսկիտային արևային բջիջների կայունության վրա։ Մինչ այժմ մեծ մասը կենտրոնացած էր հենց պերովսկիտի նյութի կայունության բարելավման վրա՝ անտեսելով պաշտպանիչ շերտերը: Բարելավելով պաշտպանիչ շերտը մենք կարողացանք բարելավել արևային բջիջների ընդհանուր կատարողականը», - ասել է Հյուսիսարևմտյան Վայնբերգի արվեստի և գիտության քոլեջի քիմիայի ամբիոնի ասպիրանտ և հետազոտության ղեկավարներից մեկը հանդիսաացող Բին Չենը​​:

«Այս աշխատանքը նպատակ ունի հաղթահարել պերովսկիտային արևային բջիջների համատարած ընդունման ամենակարևոր խոչընդոտներից մեկը՝ կայունությունը իրական բնական պայմաններում: Քիմիապես ուժեղացնելով պաշտպանիչ շերտերը մենք զգալիորեն մեծացրել ենք այդ բջիջների ամրությունը՝ չվնասելով դրանց բացառիկ արդյունավետությունը՝ մոտենալով սիլիցիումի վրա հիմնված ֆոտոգալվանների գործնական և էժան այլընտրանքին», - ավելացրել է ուսումնասիրության ղեկավարներից մեկը հանդիսացող քիմիայի պրոֆեսոր Մերկուրի Կանացիդիսը:
