Ինչո՞ւ աշխատանքից ազատվեցին արդարադատության նախարարի բոլոր տեղակալները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին օրերի ամենաակտիվ քննարկվող թեմաներից մեկը վերաբերում է արդարադատության համակարգում պաշտոնյաների փոփոխություններին: Ի մասնավորի, տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, որ նորանշանակ նախարար Սրբուհի Գալ յանն ազատել է բոլոր փոխնախարարներին:
 
«Փաստ» թերթին այս թեմայի հետ կապված որոշ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Բացի այն, որ փոխնախարարներին նշանակում և ազատում է ոչ թե նախարարը, այլ վարչապետը, մեր տեղեկություններով, որևէ մեկի ազատումը Գալ յանի նախաձեռնությամբ չի եղել:Իրականում նախարարի չորս տեղակալներն էլ վարչապետին աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում են գրել իրենց ցանկությամբ ու նախաձեռնությամբ: Նրանցից Կարեն Կարապետյանը համակարգում համարվում է արդարադատույան նախկին նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի «մարդը»: Մեր տեղեկություններով, նա նեղ շրջանակում ոչ մեկ անգամ նշել է, որ «մասնավոր սեկտորից» պետական համակարգ է տեղափոխվել բացառապես Մինասյանի «խաթր», և եթե նա չլինի նախարար, ինքն էլ չի շարունակի պաշտոնավարել: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, նա կվերադառնա իրեն հարազատ մասնավոր հատված: Ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով, թե՛ նախարարությունում, թե՛ «հարակից» կառույցներում, որոնց հետ աշխատել է Կարապետյանը, փորձում են գլուխ հանել վերջինիս, ինչպես համակարգում են բնորոշում, «բորշածներից»:
 
Հաջորդը Արմենուհի Հարությունյանն է, որը նախարարությունում աշխատել է՝ սկսյալ ստորին օղակներից և առաջխաղացման «սանդուղքներով» հասել է փոխնախարարի պաշտոնին: Ըստ այդմ, նա հույս է ունեցել, որ ինքն է նշանակվելու նախարար, սակայն հույսերն այդպես էլ չեն արդարացել, և նա հրաժարական է ներկայացրել: Ի դեպ, հիմնական կոնֆլիկտը ՔՊի հետ, մեր տեղեկություններով, կապված է եղել նրա հետ, որ երբ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը ներկայացրել է օրենքի նախագիծ, ըստ որի, ուժային կառույցների աշխատակիցները պետք է տարեկան երկու անգամ թմրանյութի թեստ հանձնեն, Արմենուհի Հարությունյանը, որևէ մեկի հետ չխորհրդակցելով, բացասական եզրակացություն է տվել: Սա առաջացրել է քպականների զայրույթը՝ թե գուցե նպատակահարմար լիներ ընդունել այդ օրենքը, ինչո՞ւ է տրվել բացասական եզրակացություն՝ առանց իրենց հետ քննարկելու: Մեր տեղեկություններով, նույնիսկ ասվել է. «Մեզ փո՞ւռն ես տալիս»: Մյուս երկու տեղակալների հրաժարականի պատճառների մասին տեղեկություններ չհաջողվեց ստանալ: Միայն մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ նրանցից մեկին առաջարկվել է վերանշանակվել, սակայն չի համաձայնել:
