Արևմտյան «ժողովրդավարության» դեմքը՝ «յուրային-օտար». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Միացյալ Նահանգների, ի դեպ, նաև՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի իշխանությունները պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանել Վրաստանի մի շարք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ: Մասնավորապես, պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանել Վրաստանի ՆԳ արդեն նախկին նախարար Վախթանգ Գոմելաուրիի ու նույն համակարգի ևս մի քանի պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ: ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները հայտարարել են, որ պատժամիջոցների են դիմում վրացական ՆԳՆ նշված պաշտոնյաների դեմ, քանի որ նրանք (ուշադրություն). «Մասնակցել են ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչների, ընդդիմադիր գործիչների և ցուցարարների դեմ դաժան բռնաճնշումներին»:
 
Հատկանշական է, որ «հավաքական Արևմուտքի» այդ պատժամիջոցների մասին հայտնի դառնալուց գրեթե անմիջապես հետո Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն նույն Վախթանգ Գոմելաուրիին նշանակեց փոխվարչապետ:
 
Բայց դեռ մի կողմ Վրաստանի ու ԱՄՆ հեռացող վարչախմբի հարաբերությունները, չհաշված՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիան:
 
Այստեղ այլ հարց է հետաքրքիր: Երկդիմի, երկակի չափանիշների, երկերեսանի պահվածքի հարցը, որն ամեն անգամ դրսևորում է Արևմուտքը:
 
Թե ինչ էր կատարվում Թբիլիսիում օրեր, շաբաթներ առաջ, բոլորս տեսանք: Երկրի հեռացող նախագահ Զուրաբիշվիլու հրահրմամբ «արևմտամետները» փորձեցին փողոցային եղանակով հեռացնել օրինական իշխանություններին, ըստ որում, ցուցարարները ոչ մի կերպ խաղաղ չէին:
 
Բայց ԱՄՆ-ն, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Արևմուտքը այդ ամենը նորմալ էին համարում, ու հակառակը՝ սպառնալիքներով, արդեն նաև՝ պատժամիջոցներով են խոսում այդ երկրի ընտրված իշխանության հետ:
 
Իսկ, այ, Հայաստանում փաշինյանական իշխանությունները ուժայինների միջոցով գազանաբար հարձակվում էին խաղաղ ցուցարարների, ընդդիմադիր գործիչների, լրագրողների վրա: Ծեծում էին, քաշքշում, բանտարկում, կալանավորում: Օրը ցերեկով 30 կամ ավելի նռնակներ էին ոստիկանները նետում խաղաղ ցուցարարների վրա, դրա հետևանքով 100 և ավելի մարդ վիրավորվեց, մեկը հաշմվեց...
 
Ո՞ր մեկը ասես: Բոլոր այս դեպքերում ո՛չ ԱՄՆ, ո՛չ եվրոպական երկրների իշխանություններն ու դեսպանները ոչ միայն ոչինչ չեն ասում, այլ... նույնիսկ խրախուսում ու քաջալերում են Փաշինյանին, նրա իշխանությանը, ոստիկանական համազգեստի տակ թաքնված մարդատյաց խոշտանգիչներին: Այսինքն, որտեղ Արևմուտքի յուրայիններն են իշխանության, վերջիններս կարող են բռնաբարել ժողովրդավարությունն ու մարդու իրավունքները, որտեղ ընդդիմությունն է իրենցը, արդեն նրանց է ամեն ինչ թույլատրելի...
