Կին զինծառայողների համար առաջարկվում է սահմանել 125 հազար դրամ հավելավճար

Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է նոր սոցիալական միջոցներ Զինված ուժերի անձնակազմի համար։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նախագիծն ուղղված է զինծառայողների նյութական և սոցիալական պաշտպանվածության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը։

Նախագիծն առաջարկում է սահմանել հավելավճարներ հետևյալ կատեգորիաներում․ կանանց գումարտակում ծառայություն իրականացնող կին զինծառայողներ՝ 125 հազար դրամ, ուսումնական ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ զորամասերում ծառայող անձնակազմ՝ 100 հազար դրամ, սերժանտական դասընթացներ ավարտած և համապատասխան որակավորում ունեցող զինծառայողներ՝ մինչև 300 հազար դրամ, հրահանգչի դասընթացներ ավարտած և հրահանգչի որակավորում ունեցող անձնակազմ՝ կախված կարգից՝ 50,000-ից 90,000 դրամ, օտարերկրյա ռազմաուսումնական հաստատություններում առանց կրթաթոշակ ստանալու սովորող կուրսանտներ՝ 200 հազար դրամ։ 

Նախագիծը նպատակ ունի բարելավել զինծառայողների սոցիալական պաշտպանվածությունը՝ ավելացնելով դրամական ապահովության բաղադրիչները, խթանել սերժանտական և հրահանգչական համակարգերի զարգացումը՝ ստեղծելով համապատասխան կրթական և մասնագիտական մոտիվացիա, աջակցել կանանց գումարտակների համալրմանը՝ հատուկ հավելումների միջոցով, համալրել ուսումնական ստորաբաժանումներն ավելի որակավորված մասնագետներով, կարգավորել առանց կրթաթոշակ ստանալու օտարերկրյա ուսումնական հաստատություններում սովորող կուրսանտների նյութական ապահովությունը։ 

Նախագծի իրականացման համար տարեկան կպահանջվի շուրջ 3.37 միլիարդ դրամ, ինչը նախատեսվում է կառավարական ֆոնդերից։

Նախագիծը համահունչ է ՀՀ կառավարության 2021-2026 թթ. ծրագրի «Պաշտպանության ոլորտ. Զինված ուժերի բարեփոխումներ» բաժնի նպատակներին։ Այն ուղղված է արհեստավարժ բանակի անցմանը, զինծառայողների սոցիալական պաշտպանության ամրապնդմանը և ծառայության գրավչության բարձրացմանը։
