Փաշինյանը դարձել է ֆրանսիական ձախողված ընկերության փաստաբանը

Երկար տարիներ «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունն ամենաքննադատվածն է Հայաստանում։ Ընկերությունը չի շտապում վերանորոգել ենթակառուցվածքները, արդյունքում 70 և ավելի տոկոս ջրի կորուստ կա։ Շուրջօրյա ջրամատակարարումը շարունակում է երազանք մնալ ՀՀ բնակիչների համար, իսկ գործող իշխանություններն այդպես էլ չեն կարողանում պարտադրել ֆրանսիական ծագմամբ ընկերությանը կատարել իր պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները։

Ընկերությունը պարբերաբար հայտնվում է քննադատությունների թիրախում, 21-րդ դարում դեռ խմելու ջուր ստանալու հարցում խնդիրներ կան։

Գործող իշխանությունները, որ վեց տարուց ավելի այդպես էլ չկարողացան ստիպել «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությանը՝ տարրական ջրամատակարարման մակարդակ ապահովել, փորձում են իրենց մեղքը բարդել շարքային քաղաքացիների վրա, իբր, «հպարտ քաղաքացին» է մեղավոր իրավիճակի համար։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ծավալուն մի գրառում է արել, «հռետորական հարցեր» երկնել։
«1․ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քանի՞ հոգի կա, որ բողոքում է ջրամատակարարման որակից և ծավալից:

2․ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քանի՞ հոգի կա, որ մագնիս է դնում ջրաչափի վրա:

3․ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քանի՞ հոգի կա, որ ջրաչափ տեղադրելուց հրաժարվում է կտրականապես, սպառնալով ջրաչափ տեղադրելու հարկադրանքի դեպքում կտրուկ և վճռական քայլերի դիմել:

4․ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քանի՞ հոգի կա, որ հայտարարում է, որ ամբողջ ձմեռ ծորակը բաց է թողնելու, որովհետև սառում է. եթե որևէ մեկն իր այս իրավունքը վիճարկի, ինքը կդիմի կտրուկ և վճռական գործողությունների:

5. Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քանի՞ հոգի կա, որ սափրվելիս կամ ատամ լվանալիս ծորակը բաց է թողնում, ընդ որում՝ ամբողջ թողունակությամբ և ոչ թե բացում-փակում է ըստ անհրաժեշտության: Միայն չասեք, թե երկրում էնքա՜ն կարևոր հարցեր կան, իսկ վարչապետն էս ինչ է ասում»,- գրել է նա:

Նույնիսկ, եթե այս ամենն իրականություն է, ապա դրա մեղավորը կրկին գործող իշխանությունն է։ Եվ ֆրանսիական ընկերության փաստաբանը դառնալուց առաջ լավ կլիներ, որ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձը կատարեր իր պարտականությունները։ Թեպետ, մեղքը քաղաքացու վզին փաթաթելն ավելի հեշտ է։
