Աղազարյանի հարցով գնալու են մինչև վերջ

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմը որոշել են իրենց նախկին կուսակից Հովիկ Աղազարյանի հարցով գնալ մինչև վերջ, ընդհուպ պատգամավորի կալանավորումը։ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթ է հարուցել Քրեական օրենսգրքի` պետական գաղտնիք պարունակող տեղեկություններ հրապարակելու հոդվածով։

Օրերս Աղազարյանին կուսակցությունից և խմբակցությունից հեռացրեցին հենց այդ պատճառաբանությամբ, թե նա խախտել է կուսակցական ու հանրային բարոյական նորմերը, տեղեկատվական արտահոսք է կազմակերպել թերթերից մեկի համար, պետական գաղտնիք է հրապարակել։ Թե ի՞նչ գաղտնիք է, քպականները չեն ասում, միայն նշում են, որ փակ նիստերից է կազմակերպվել արտահոսքը, երբ Փաշինյանը տեղեկություններ է հայտնել կուսակիցներին։

Աղազարյանի մանդատի շուրջ քննարկումները, վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնողի պահանջը մերժելու հանգամանքը ՔՊ-ում ահավոր ծանր են տարել։ Փաշինյանն էլ հայտարարում էր, թե «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնը պետք է գտնի քաղաքական, բարոյական և այլ լծակներ նման կարմիր գծեր հատած պատգամավորին ժողովրդի կողմից տրված մանդատից զրկելու համար»։

Այժմ մանդատից զրկելու ձևը գտել են, քրեական վարույթ են հարուցում, գլխավոր դատախազը միջնորդությամբ մտնում է խորհրդարան, որտեղ էլ որոշում են նրան կալանավորել։ Գրեթե կասկած չկա, որ այդպես էլ կլինի, քանի որ ՔՊ-ն մեծամասնություն է խորհրդարանում, իսկ այդ ուժի պատգամավորները բարոյական որևէ արգելակ չունեն իրենց հետ ճանապարհ անցած մարդուն պատժելու հարցում։ Հանուն արդարության, ինքը՝ Աղազարյանը բավական պինդ է դիմադրում, կարծես հետքայլ անելու մտադրություն չունի։ Դա էլ հենց հունից հանում է իշխող ուժի ներկայացուցիչներին։
