Կոնվերս Բանկը ներառվել է ՎԶԵԲ Հաստատող բանկերի ցանկում

Ուրախությամբ հայտնում ենք, որ Կոնվերս Բանկն այսուհետ Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (ՎԶԵԲ) Առևտրի խթանման ծրագրի (TFP) շրջանակներում հանդես է գալիս նաև որպես Հաստատող բանկ:

Համապատասխան պայմանագիրը ՎԶԵԲ-ի և Կոնվերս Բանկի միջև ստորագրվել է 14.11.2024թ.-ին: 

Կոնվերս Բանկի Գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ, ֆինանսական տնօրեն Հրանտ Հակոբյանը նշում է, որ Հաստատող բանկի կարգավիճակն անչափ կարևոր է Հայաստանում ու ողջ տարածաշրջանում առևտրի ֆինանսավորումը խթանելու տեսանկյունից: 

Նա ասում է. «Հաստատող բանկի կարգավիճակը վերահաստատում է Կոնվերս Բանկի՝ որպես վստահելի և ճանաչված բիզնես գործընկերոջ բարձր կարգավիճակը միջազգային շուկայում, ինչպես նաև վկայում է առևտրի ֆինանսավորման ոլորտում Բանկի ջանքերի արդյունավետության մասին: Եվ որ ամենակարևորն է, պայմանագրի ստորագրումը թույլ կտա տեղական արտահանողների համար ապահովել առավելագույն հասանելիություն առևտրի ֆինանսավորման գործիքներին, այդ թվում՝ արտահանման ակրեդիտիվներին և բանկային երաշխիքների հաստատմանն ու սպասարկմանը՝ նպաստելով արտահանման ծավալների աճին»։

Նշվել է նաև, որ Կոնվերս Բանկը միջազգային առևտրի ֆինանսավորման ոլորտում իր հաճախորդներին է առաջարկում համալիր լուծումներ՝ ապահովելով գործարքների ֆինանսավորման առավելագույն արդյունավետություն և զսպելով վճարային ռիսկերը:

Ընդ որում, Բանկը սերտորեն համագործակցում է հաճախորդների հետ առևտրի ֆինանսավորման գործարքների ողջ գործընթացում՝ սկսած պայմանագրերի կնքման բանակցային փուլում խորհրդատվության մատուցումից և հաշվարկներից մինչև գործարքի ամփոփումը:
