Սյունիքում աղքատության մակարդակը ամենացածրն է

Անցյալ շաբաթ ԶՊՄԿ Կայուն զարգացման հաշվետվության հրապարակման միջոցառման ընթացքում հրապարակվեց նաև հանքարդյունաբերությանը վերաբերող երկու կարևոր հետազոտության արդյունքներ։

Երկու հետզոտություններից առավել ուշագրավ հատվածները ներկայացնում ենք ստորև։

Այսպես՝ «ModexAdvisory» ընկերության «Հանքարդյունաբերության դերը Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ. Սյունիքի մարզի և ԶՊՄԿ ֆենոմենը» սոցիալ-տնտեսական վերլուծության համաձայն՝ Հայաստանի արդյունաբերության ավելի քան մեկ քառորդը հիմնված է հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի վրա։ Հատկանշական է, որ համեմատաբար փոքր բնակչությամբ Սյունիքի մարզն ապահովում է զգալի տնտեսական արդյունքներ։

Հետազոտության մեջ նշվում է, որ Սյունիքը, որտեղ գործում է ՀՀ խոշորագույն հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերությունը (ԶՊՄԿ), Երևանից հետո Հայաստանի ամենահարուստ մարզն է։ Այսպես՝ Հանրապետությունում աղքատության միջին մակարդակը 23 տոկոս է։ Աղքատության ամենաբարձր մակարդակը գրանցվել է Շիրակի մարզում (43․1 տոկոս), մինչդեռ Սյունիքում այն ամենացածրն է՝ ընդամենը 7 տոկոս։ Սյունիքի մասնաբաժինը երկրի ՀՆԱ-ում նույնպես 7 տոկոս է, ինչը երկրորդ ցուցանիշն է մայրաքաղաքից հետո (62 տոկոս)։ Մեկ շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ի ցուցանիշով Սյունիքը նույնպես երկրորդ տեղում է Երևանից հետո։

«ModexAdvisory» ընկերության վերլուծության ամբողջական տարբերակը հասանելի է կից հղումով։

Ուշագրավ են նաև «Breavis» ընկերության սոցիոլոգիական ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները, որոնք իրականացվել են հեռախոսային հարցումների միջոցով ամբողջ հանրապետությունում, ինչպես նաև «դեմ առ դեմ» ​​հարցումներով Սյունիքի մարզում։

Ըստ ուսումնասիրության՝ Հայաստանում հարցվածների մեծամասնությունը՝ 77 տոկոսը, ինչպես նաև Սյունիքում հարցվածների մեծամասնությունը՝ 69․8 տոկոսը, կարծում են, որ կարելի է ունենալ և՛ հանքարդյունաբերություն, և՛ մաքուր բնություն, և՛ զարգացած տնտեսություն։

Սյունիքում հարցվածների մեծամասնությունը՝ 88․4 տոկոսը, կարծում է, որ, եթե մարզում չլինի հանքարդյունաբերությունը, ապա այդ տարածաշրջանից բնակչության արտագաղթը զգալիորեն կաճի։ Իսկ հարցվածների 46․1 տոկոսի կարծիքով՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում հանքարդյունաբերությունը պետք է ընդլայնվի։

Սյունիքում հարցվողների հիմնական մասը՝ 71․9 տոկոսը, հանքարդյունաբերության ազդեցությունն իրենց քաղաքի, գյուղի տնտեսական վիճակի վրա գնահատել է դրական, իսկ 78․15 տոկոսը դրական է գնահատել հանքարդյունաբերության ազդեցությունը մարզի տնտեսական վիճակի վրա։
