Կոնվերս Բանկը և IFC-ն միավորում են ջանքերը՝ խթանելու փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի զարգացումը Հայաստանում

Կոնվերս Բանկը և Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիան (IFC) հայտարարում են համագործակցության մասին, որն ուղղված է Հայաստանում փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների (ՓՄՁ) համար ֆինանսական միջոցների հասանելիության բարձրացմանը: Համագործակցության շրջանակում IFC-ն Կոնվերս Բանկին կտրամադրի երաշխիք՝ 10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք վարկային պորտֆելի վերադարձելիության ռիսկը 50%-ով չեզոքացնելու համար:

Կոնվերս Բանկն առաջին ֆինանսական կառույցներից մեկն է Հայաստանում, ում հետ IFC-ին համագործակցում է ՀՀ-ում ֆինանսական այս գործիքը ներդնելու հարցում:

Փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունները տնտեսական աճի, նորարարության և զբաղվածության հիմնական շարժիչ ուժերն են Հայաստանում և ապահովում են աշխատատեղերի գերակշռող մասը: Սակայն նրանք բախվում են 1.1 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի ֆինանսավորման պակասի հետ, այդ թվում պայմանավորված այնպիսի մարտահրավերներով, ինչպիսիք են գրավի և ֆինանսական սահմանափակ հնարավորությունները:

«Մենք մեկնարկում ենք համագործակցություն Կոնվերս Բանկի հետ՝ լրացնելու համար Հայաստանի փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորման պակասը։ Այս համագործակցությունը հանդիսանում է ռիսկերի փոխհատուցման` IFC-ի առաջին գործիքներից մեկը երկրում: Այն նպատակ ունի աջակցել այդ բիզնեսներին, այդ թվում՝ կանանց կողմից կառավարվող ձեռնարկություններին և գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին՝ խթանելով կայուն աճն և նորարարությունը», – նշել է Մարսելո Կաստեժանոսը՝ Եվրոպայում IFC-ի ֆինանսական հաստատությունների խմբի տարածաշրջանային գլխավոր մենեջերը։

IFC-ի երաշխիքով ապահովված պորտֆելի 75%-ը ուղղվելու է վարկառուների թիրախային խմբերի ֆինանսավորմանը, ինչպիսիք են կանանց կողմից տնօրինվող ձեռնարկությունները, գյուղատնտեսության, առողջապահության, կրթության ոլորտներում կամ գյուղական համայնքներում գործող ՓՄՁ-ները, ինչպես նաև էներգաարդյունավետ ծրագրերի իրականացումը:

Կոնվերս Բանկի Գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանն իր խոսքում նշեց. «Ուրախ ենք հայտնել այս նորարարական ծրագրի շրջանակում IFC-ի հետ մեր համագործակցության մեկնարկի մասին: Սա կարևոր քայլ է՝ ուղղված Հայաստանի փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի համար ֆինանսավորման հնարավորությունների ընդլայնմանը՝ նպաստելով վերջիններիս կայուն զարգացմանը և աճին: Այս համագործակցության շնորհիվ մենք կկարողանանք ընդլայնել մեր վարկավորման ծավալները հատկապես տնտեսության թերսպասարկվող խմբերում ընդգրկված ՓՄՁ-ներին, միևնույն ժամանակ նվազեցնելով մեր ՓՄՁ պորտֆելի վարկային ռիսկերը»:
