Գյումրիում փրայմըրիզն անակնկալներ է մատուցել ՔՊ-ին

Երեկ ավարտվեց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության՝ Գյումրիում նախաձեռնած «փրայմըրիզը», որի արդյունքները շոկային են եղել տեղի կուսակցականների, հատկապես քաղաքապետի պաշտոնի վրա աչք ունեցող պաշտոնյաների համար։

Ամենաշատ քվեն ստացել է անկուսակցական Սարիկ Մինասյանը՝ 253 ձայն։ Մինասյանը զբաղեցնում է Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության Գյումրիի ստորաբաժանման պետի պաշտոնը, նախկին պատգամավոր է «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունից, իսկ ավելի վաղ աշխատել է Գյումրիի քաղաքապետարանում։ Նախնական ընտրությունների գաղափարը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էր առաջ քաշել, թեև ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էին, թե ՔՊ թեկնածուն պատգամավոր, Շիրակի նախկին մարզպետ Կարեն Սարուխանյանն է լինելու։ Վերջինս տարբեր սկանդալների մեջ էր հայտնվել, ակնարկում էր, թե իր դեմ թիմի ներսից են աշխատում։ Փրայմըրիզում Սարուխանյանը միայն երրորդն է՝ 143 ձայնով, իսկ երկրորդ տեղում պատգամավոր Դավիթ Առուշանյանն էր՝ 220 ձայնով։ Ավելի պակաս է հավաքել Աննա Հակոբյանի մորաքրոջ թոռը՝ Վահագն Մկրտչյանը, միայն 138 քվե։ Թե՛ Սարուխանյանի, թե՛ Առուշանյանի համար այս արդյունքներն անակնկալ են եղել, նրանք զգալի միջոցներ էին ներդրել քաղաքապետի պաշտոնակատար դառնալու համար, իսկ Սարիկ Մինասյանն առանց ջանք գործադրելու կարողացավ առաջ անցնել։ Ընդ որում, Մինասյանը հայտարարել էր թե իրեն անձամբ Փաշինյանն է առաջարկել մասնակցել այդ «միջոցառմանը»։

ՔՊ-ն, որ մտադիր է զավթել իշխանությունը Գյումրիում, այժմ էլ օրենքն է փոխում, որ օրինական տեսք հաղորդի իր գործողություններին։ Իսկ Փաշինյանը հերթական անգամ շահեց։ Նույնիսկ, եթե կուսակցությունը պարտվի արտահերթ ընտրություններում, նա պատասխանատվությունը բարդելու է անկուսակցական Սարիկ Մինասյանի վրա։
