Երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 4-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 23:20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ դանակահարված վիճակում «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել 3 քաղաքացի:  

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, նույն գլխավոր վարչության Երևան քաղաքի քրեական վարչության ծառայողները:

Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորները ի վիճակի չեն կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, քանի որ գտնվում են վիրահատարանում:

Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորների կյանքի համար, քրեական ոստիկանության ծառայողները պարզել են, որ նրանք են 24-ամյա Գրիշա Ա.-ն, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «կրծքավանդակի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ, մյուսը՝ Երևանի բնակիչ 21-ամյա Ազատ Ծ-ն, ով հիվանդանոց է ընդունվել «կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ և Երևանի բնակիչ 27-ամյա Մարատ Մ-ն, ով հիվանդանոց է ընդունվել «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի հետին մակերեսի կտրած-ծակած, արյունահոսող վերք» ախտորոշմամբ:  

Բժիշկները նշված անձանց վիճակները գնահատել են ծանր:  

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, նույն վարչության Երևան քաղաքի և Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները համագործակցելով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնի քննիչների հետ, ձեռնարկելով անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ, դրա արդյունքում տեղեկություններ են ստացել, որ Վահե Հ.-ի և Հարութ Տ.-ի միջև ծագած վիճաբանության վերաբբերյալ պարզաբանումներ կատարելու նպատակով երեկ՝ 23:00-ի սահմաններում Աշտարակի խճուղի 50/8 հասցեի մոտ, նախապես պայմանավորվելով հավաքվել են Հարութ Տ.-ի կողմից Երևանի բնակիչ 27-ամյա Ռազմիկ Պ.-ն և Մարատ Մ.-ն, իսկ Վահե Հ.-ի կողմից Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 19-ամյա Սարգիս Ս.-ն, Գրիշա Ա.-ն, Ազատ Ծ-ն, Երևանի բնակիչ 21-ամյա Սուրեն Ա.-ն, ոմն Գագիկը, Մելքոնը, Վլադը, Համոն, որի ընթացքում կողմերի միջև վիճաբանությունը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի՝ միմյանց հասցրել են հարվածներ՝ այդ ընթացքում միմյանց հասցեին տալով հայհոյանքներ, ինչի արդյուքնում էլ, ըստ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների, Ռազմիկ Տ.-ն իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով հարվածներ է  հասցրել Ազատ Ծ.-ին և Գրիշա Ա.-ին:
