Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձագանքել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հայտարարություններին

«Ամենայն հարգանքով ՌԴ հարգելի նախագահի նկատմամբ, մենք գործընկերներ ենք, աշխատում ենք միասին, այս հայտարարությունն ակնհայտ է դարձնում ընդհանուր իրավիճակը, որ կա ՀԱՊԿ-ում»,- ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հայտարարությանը թե ՀԱՊԿ-ը չէր կարող կռվել ԼՂ-ում, իսկ ՀՀ վրա հարձակում չի եղել։ Փաշինյանը հիշեցրել է, որ 2021 և 2022թթ ՀՀ նկատմամբ եղել է ագրեսիա։

«Ընդ որում ագրեսիա եղել է այն բանից հետո, երբ մենք տեսել ենք, որ իրադարձությունները զարգանում ենք այդ ուղղությամբ և հարցերը քննարկել ենք մեր դաշնակիցների հետ։ Մեր դաշնակիցներից ստացել ենք պատասխան, որ «ի՞նչ եք ասում, նման բան տեղի ունենալ չի կարող, որովհետև ՀՀ սահմանները մեզ համար կարմիր գիծ են, սա բոլորը գիտեն, ոչ ոք չի կարող նման ոտնձգություն անել»։ Երբ ոտնձգությունը տեղի է ունեցել, մենք ասել ենք՝ «Հարգելի գործընկերներ, այդ կարմիր գիծը, որ ասում էիք՝ հատված է»։ Դրանից հետո իրենք ասել են. «դե գիտեք՝ ոնց որ թե սահմանը դելիմիտացված չէ»։ Այդտեղ էլ մենք ասել ենք՝ «Որտե՞ղ է այն կարմիր գիծը, որի մասին դուք ասում էիք, որտեղո՞վ է անցնում այդ կարմիր գիծը, մեզ ցույց տվեք այն, որ կարողանանք ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները հասկանալ»,- նշել է վարչապետը։

Ըստ նրա, եթե ՀԱՊԿ-ը ՀՀ-ում չունի պատասխանատվության գոտի, չի կարող այդ գիծը ցույց տալ, ուրեմն՝ փաստացի այն որպես կազմակերպություն գոյություն չունի։

Նա նշել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում մասնակցությունը սառեցնելու համատեքստում ԼՂ թեման չեն շոշափել։

«Այդ թվում այս իրադրությունների տարբերությունն ու դրա հրապարակային փոխադարձ արտահայտումն ավելի ու ավելի դժվար, եթե չասենք՝ անհնար է դարձնում ՀՀ վերադարձը ՀԱՊԿ։ Եւ ես կարծում եմ՝ այստեղ անդառնալիության կետն արդեն անցել ենք»,- ասել է վարչապետը։
