Պատերազմի՞ց եք փախչում, որ գլուխներդ առնում ու հեռանում եք...«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջերս սովորական են դարձել լուրերը, որ այս կամ այն ներկա կամ նախկին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան, կամ մեր ժամանակների հարուստ մարդիկ արտագաղթում են: Բնականաբար արտերկիր են տեղափոխում նաև իրենց բիզնեսը:

Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր այս տարիների ընթացքում զբաղվել են զուտ բիզնեսով, հասկանալի է, թող գնան ուր ուզում են: Անշուշտ, հայրենասիրական առումներով եթե նայենք հարցին, ցանկալի բան չէ: Հատկապես եթե նկատի ունենանք, որ նրանք առանձնապես դարդ չեն քաշում այստեղ ապրելիս. ապահով են ու կարող են ապրել սրտի ուզածների պես: Բայց դե, ի՞նչ անես. բիզնեսն է այդպես` փնտրում է այն տեղը, որտեղ իր զարգացման համար առավել բարենպաստ միջավայր է առկա:

Խոսքն այլ մարդկանց մասին է, նրանց, ովքեր պաշտոնյաներ են եղել մեր երկրում և այդ ընթացքում են ձեռք բերել իրենց հարստությունը:

Է՜, բոլորս էլ գիտենք` այն մարդը, ով, իրոք, բիզնեսմենի ջիղ ունի, նա պաշտոնների չի գնա, նա, իր կոչումին հավատարիմ, կզբաղվի գործարարությամբ:

Բայց նրանք, ովքեր գործարար լինելով, մտել են պետական ծառայության մեջ կամ գործարար են դարձել պետական ծառայության մեջ մտնելուց հետո, հասկանալի է, թե ինչն ինչպես է եղել նրանց պարագայում: Պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ պաշտոնն է նրանց հարստանալու հնարավորություն տվել, պաշտոնով են դարձել «հաջողակ» գործարար:

Էլ չենք խոսում օրենքի մասին, որն արգելում է, որ գործարարը զբաղվի պետական ծառայությամբ:

Հիմա այս մարդիկ, չգիտես` թե ինչու, ճամպրուկները հավաքում են ու ուզում են գնալ այս երկրից:

Ախր, այդ ի՞նչ իրավունքով եք թողնում այս երկիրը: Հասկանալի է, եթե երկիրը վատն է, այլևս նրա պայմանները ձեզ չեն բավարարում, ապա այն այդպիսին է դարձել նաև ձեզանով: Դո՛ւք եք երկիրն այդ վիճակին հասցրել: Դո՛ւք եք ձեր պաշտոնական դիրքը օգտագործելով` անհավասար մրցակցային միջավայր ստեղծել բիզնեսի համար, դուք եք օրենքները ձևել ձեր վրայով, համապատասխանեցրել ձեր բիզնեսի շահերին:

Հիմա գուցե մի բան այն չէ ձեր կյանքում, ու թողնում եք և գնում:

Գուցե պարզապես վախենո՞ւմ եք պատերազմից. պատերազմի հնարավոր վերսկսման մասին ամենքն են խոսում: Դուք էլ առնում եք ձեր գլուխն ու փախչում: Հավաքում եք ձեր եղած–չեղածը, այն եղած–չեղածը, որը ձեռք եք բերել ապօրինի ճանապարհով, ոչ ազնիվ մրցապայքարում ու հեռանում եք:

Չգիտեմ, այս պարագայում օրենքն ինչ–որ բան անել կարո՞ղ է, թե` ոչ, բայց վիրավորական է, շատ վիրավորական է ամեն մի մարդու համար, ով իրեն այս երկրի քաղաքացի է զգում կամ ով ապրում է այս երկրում ու միտք էլ չունի արտագաղթելու: Այսինքն` պատասխանատվության զգացում ունեցող ամենասովորական մարդու մասին է խոսքը:

Այս դեպքում բոլորի համար` առանձին–առանձին ու ամենքի համար` մեկ ընդհանուր հարցական է կախվում` ԻՆՉՈ՞Ւ...

Դո՛ւք էլ մնացեք մեզ հետ և վայելեք ձեր մխտռած երկրի լավն ու վատը: Իսկ եթե հանկարծ պատերազմ բռնկվի, այս երկրից պոկել եք, չէ՞, յուղոտ պատառներ, դրա դիմաց էլ վճարեք:

Թե չէ, հայրենիքը միայն նրա համար չէ, որ ձեր նմաններին հա տա ու տա...
