Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 3-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 07:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության 9-11 ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ մի քաղաքացի անցել է «Հաղթանակ» կամրջի վտանգավոր եզրագիծը և սպառնում է իրեն ցած նետել:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Երևանի թիվ 1 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ, ինչպես նաև ՓԾ հոգեբանական խումբը: 

Ժամանել է նաև Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը:
  
Մինչ փրկարարները, ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները քաղաքացիների հետ փորձում էին այդ տղամարդուն համոզել դուրս գալ վտանգավոր եզրագծից դեպի անվտանգ վայր, նա ընկնում է կամրջից ներքև:

Տեղում փրկարարները, պարեկներն ու շտապօգնության բժիշկները նրան օգնություն են ցուցաբերում, ապա պատգարակով մոտեցնում են շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենային և բժիշկները նրան տեղափոխում են «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն:  

Պարզվում է, որ նա Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 42-ամյա Խաժակ Հայրապետյանն է, ով գտնվել է կամրջի արգելապատնեշից այն կողմ, կանգնել է կամրջին ամրացված լուսարձակի վրա, ինչի կոտրվելու հետևանքով Խ. Հայրապետյանը վայր է ընկել կամրջից:  
 

Դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի կողմից դեպքի վերաբերյալ կազմված փաստաթղթեր են ստացվել:  

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Խ. Հայրապետյանը իրավապահ համակարգում հայտնի է՝ որպես մոտ 800-ից ավելի անգամ Երևանում և Արարատի մարզում ինքնասպանության փորձեր կատարելու մեջ:

Ամեն անգամ նա հայտնվում էր Երևանի «Հաղթանակ», Կիևյան կամ Դավիթաշենի կամուրջների վրա, և սպառնում է իրեն ցած նետել ու դեպքի վայր ժամանած օպերատիվ ծառայությունները մի քանի ժամ նրա հետ բանակցություններ էին վարում, որից հետո ինքնակամ դուրս էր գալիս անվտանգ վայր և հեռանում:
