Ովքե՞ր են իրականում ցանկանում ձեռք բերել Թեղուտի հանքը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, «Թեղուտ» ՓԲԸ բաժնետոմսերի գնման և հանքի հետագա շահագործման իրավունք ստանալու հայտ է ներկայացրել «Գեֆեստ Մայնինգ» ընկերությունը: Հիշեցնենք, որ Թեղուտի պղինձ-մոլիբդենային հանքավայրը փոխկապակցված է ՎՏԲ բանկի հետ, որը Ռուսաստանի դեմ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցների պատճառով 2022 թվականից խնդիրների առջև էր կանգնած և մտադիր է վաճառել հանքավայրը։

Նույն պատճառով Թեղուտի հանքավայրից արտահանումը, հետևաբար՝ նաև արդյունահանումը որոշակիորեն սահմանափակված է եղել։ Ըստ այդմ, խոշոր շուկաներ արտահանման էական սահմանափակումը հանգեցրել է հանքի խիստ մասնակի շահագործման, որն էլ լուրջ վնաս էր պատճառում թե՛ տեղի բնակչությանը, քանի որ այստեղ 1000-ից ավել մարդ էր աշխատում, թե՛ պետական բյուջեին ընդհանուր առմամբ: Ինչ վերաբերում է «Գեֆեստ Մայնինգ» ընկերությանը, ապա մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ խոսքը Ղազախստանում գրանցված կազմակերպության մասին է, ավելին, այն գրանցվել է ընդամենը մեկուկես ամիս առաջ՝ 2024 թ. հոկտեմբերի 22-ին: Ընկերության երկու բաժնետերերից մեկը՝ «CUPRUM MINERALS MANAGEMENT» ընկերությունն էլ ստեղծվել է հոկտեմբերի 17-ին:

Վերջինիս երկու ֆիզիկական անձ բաժնետերերից մեկը Նուրլան Կուսաինովն է, որը չունի փորձ հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում, հանդիսանում է պետական պաշտոնատար անձ Ղազախստանի Հանրապետությունում: Հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում փորձ չունի նաև «CUPRUM MINERALS MANAGEMENT»-ի և «Գեֆեստ Մայնինգի» երկրորդ բաժնետեր Ալեքսեյ Ուտկինը: Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության պետական ռեեստրներից վերհանված նյութերի հիման վրա արված վերլուծությունը չի հիմնավորում պարոնայք Ուտկինի և Կուսաինովի թե՛ փորձառությունը և թե՛ ֆինանսական կարողությունները 200 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ և կառավարման բարդությամբ աչքի ընկնող հանքարդյունաբերական ակտիվ ձեռք բերելու և շահագործելու համար:

Ըստ այդմ, կան հիմնավոր կասկածներ, որ նրանք այս գործում իրական վերջնական շահառու չեն հանդիսանում: Իրականում, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, իրական շահառուները խնդիր են դրել շրջանցել արևմտյան պատժամիջոցները, ինչին «Փաստը» կանդրադառնա առաջիկայում։
