Գործարարներին են ներկայացվել Կոնվերս Բանկի ներդրումային առաջարկները

Նոյեմբերի 29-ին կայացել է Կոնվերս Բանկի ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումը Հայաստանի գործարար համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: BSCOSMO գործարարների ակումբի գործընկերությամբ կայացած միջոցառման ժամանակ ներկայացվեց արտարժույթի փոխանակման Converse Markets առցանց հարթակը և պարտատոմսերի թողարկմամբ ներդրումների ներգրավման առաջարկը:

Կոնվերս Բանկի Ներդրումային դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Գրիգորի Զաքարյանը, ողջունելով մասնակիցներին, անդրադարձ է կատարել Բանկի պատմությանն ու նշանակալից իրադարձություններին, ապա խոսել է թվային փոխակերպման, բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորման և աջակցության ընդգրկուն գործիքակազմի մասին:

Գրիգորի Զաքարյանը, մասնավորապես, ասել է. «Ներկայում Կոնվերս Բանկն իր կորպորատիվ հաճախորդներին է առաջարկում ֆինանսավորման լայն գործիքակազմ՝ սկսած վարկավորումից, լիզինգից մինչև առևտրի ֆինանսավորում՝ ակրեդետիվ ու ֆակտորինգ: Արդեն մի քանի տարի է, ինչ Բանկը որդեգրել է ներդրումային բանկային բիզնես ուղղություն ունենալու ռազմավարություն, ինչի շրջանակում առաջարկում է ներդրումային լայն հնարավորություններ՝ սկսած բրոքերային գործունեությունից, պարտատոմսերի թողարկումից մինչև արտարժույթի փոխարկման թվային լուծումներ: Առաջարկների ցանկն աստիճանաբար ընդլայնվելու է»:

«Converse Markets-ը ժամանակակից թվային լուծում է, արտարժույթի փոխարկման արդի առօրեական մեթոդ, որը հաճախորդին հնարավորություն է տալիս ստանալ էֆեկտիվ փոխարժեք, համեմատել այն տարբեր բանկերի տրամադրած փոխարժեքների հետ և կայացնել արդյունավետ որոշում»,- ներկայացնելով հարթակը բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ ասել է Դիլինգ կենտրոնի ղեկավար Անի Նազարյանը:

Նա նշել է, որ հարթակում, բացի փոխարկումը, հնարավոր է նաև կատարել փոխարժեքի գնանշման հարցում, ներկայացնել փոխարկման պատվեր, տեղեկատվություն ստանալ արժութային շուկայում spot գների վերաբերյալ: Այս պահին հարթակը հասանելի է Բանկի՝ իրավաբանական անձ հաճախորդներին՝ 36 արժութային զույգերով փոխարկում կատարելու հանրավորությամբ: Հարթակի հնարավորություններն ու բիզնեսին հասանելիությունը աստիճանաբար կընդլայնվեն:

Այնուհետև անդրադարձ է կատարվել Բանկի մեկ այլ ծառայությանը՝ պարտատոմսերի թողարկման և տեղաբաշխման միջոցով ֆինանսների ներգրավմանը, կապիտալի շուկաներին հասանելիության մեծացմանը:

Կոնվերս Բանկի Կորպորատիվ ներդրումային բանկային ծառայությունների բաժնի պետ Էլեն Քարիմյանը ներկայացրել է այս հարցում համագործակցության հնարավորությունը և նշել ֆինանսների ներգրավման այս եղանակն ընտրելու շարժառիթները. «Ընկերության համար տվյալ ժամանակահատվածում պարտավորությունների անփոփոխ պայմանները, Բանկի ֆինանսավորումից անկախ լինելը, գրավի և երաշխավորության անհրաժեշտության բացակայությունը և այլն: Հատկանշական է, որ թողարկման և տեղաբաշխման ողջ գործընթացը կազմակերպվում է Բանկի կողմից»:

Շեշտվել է, որ Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում պարտատոմսերի ցուցակման դեպքում թողարկողները կօգտվեն պետական աջակցությունից:

Բանկի ներկայացուցիչները պատասխանել են մասնակիցների հարցերին, քննարկվել են համագործակցության հնարավորությունները:
