Նոր արևային էլեկտրակայանը Մեծ Բրիտանիայում ապահովում է էներգիա ավելի քան 20 հազար տների համար

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի նոր արևային էլեկտրակայանը հանդիսանում է երկրի խոշորագույն նախագծերից մեկը և կարտադրի բավարար էներգիա ավելի քան 20,000 տների համար: Նոր արևային ֆերման՝ 166 ակր տարածությամբ, նպաստում է երկրի մաքուր էներգիայի առաքելությանը՝ միաժամանակ պաշտպանելով կենսաբազմազանությունը՝ «Ստեղծելով ավելի էկոլոգիական ցանց»: 55 մեգավատտանոց արևային ֆերման Մեծ Բրիտանիայում ներկայումս միացված է ցանցին՝ ապահովելով բավականաչափ էներգիա՝ միաժամանակ նվազեցնելով աղտոտվածությունը:

Գտնվելով Ռիչմոնդում, Հյուսիսային Յորքշիրում, այս արևային ֆերման արժեցել է 39.4 միլիոն ֆունտ ստերլինգ և ունի 93,000 երկկողմանի արևային պանելներ: Այն գործարկվել է հոկտեմբերի 24-ին՝ դառնալով Atrato-ի խոշորագույն արևային համակարգը, որը Մեծ Բրիտանիայի առևտրային տանիքների արևային պանելների խոշորագույն սեփականատերն է: Օբյեկտը կարտադրի 49 ԳՎտ/ժամ մաքուր էներգիա և կնվազեցնի CO2 արտանետումները 11,000 խորանարդ տոննայով տարեկան:

2021 թվականին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի խոշորագույն անկախ էներգիայի մատակարարը՝ OVO Energy-ն, հայտարարել է երկու էլեկտրաէներգիայի գնման պայմանագրերի մասին: Eneco-ի և Ørsted-ի հետ համագործակցելով, OVO-ն պլանավորում է գնել 100 % «կանաչ» և քամու էներգիա, որն արտադրված է հատուկ նախագծերով: «Այս համագործակցությունն աջակցում է մեր ձգտմանը՝ մատակարարել ավելի մաքուր էներգիա մեր հաճախորդներին՝ մեր «Կանաչ էլեկտրաէներգիա» հավելման միջոցով՝ ստեղծելով ավելի էկոլոգիական ցանց», - ասել է OVO-ի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների բաժնի ղեկավար Սյուզի Լեփարդը:

OVO-ի նպատակն է մինչև 2035 թվականն օգտագործել բացառապես մաքուր էներգիա, ինչը հանդիսանում է մեծահարգ և հիացմունքի արժանի առաքելություն:

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարությունն ունի նմանատիպ նպատակներ՝ մինչև 2030 թվականը ստեղծելու մաքուր էներգիայի համակարգ և, ի վերջո, «կանաչ» տնտեսություն: Այս նպատակները պահանջում են Մեծ Բրիտանիայում ներկայումս օգտագործվող արևային էներգիայի երեք անգամ ավելի քանակություն, և այս նոր արևային ֆերման հանդիսանում է ևս մեկ քայլ այս առաքելության մեջ:

Այս ֆերման միակ քայլը չէ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի «կանաչ» պրակտիկայում: Երկրի էներգետիկայի նախարարը վերջերս տվել է Cottam Solar նախագծի կառուցման թույլտվությունը, տպավորիչ արևային սքեմը, որը զբաղեցնում է 1270 հեկտար տարածք, և կլինի Մեծ Բրիտանիայի խոշորագույն արևային նախագիծը:
