Հայտնում եմ, որ այդ մեքենաներն ու դեպքը իմ և իմ ընտանիքի անդամների հետ որևէ կապ չունեն․ Արմեն Փամբուխչյան

Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչներ,
 
Մի քանի օր է ինչ որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ նոյեմբերի 24-ին Նոր Արեշ 44 փողոցի տներից մեկի առաջին հարկում գտնվող ավտոտնակում կայանված 2 «Lexus» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաների այրելու դեպքը՝ այս կամ այն կերպ շահարկում են, փորձում են ներկայացնել իբրև իմ դեմ ուղղված քայլ: Որոշներն էլ փորձում են քաղաքական շահարկումներ անել։
 
Որոշել էի այս թեմային առհասարակ չանդրադառնալ այն ստերին, որոնք վերջին շրջանում իմ անձի հետ կապված տարածում են, բայց, հասկացա, որ մեր հասարակությունը պետք է իմանա իրականությունը։
 
Նշված երկու մեքենաները պատկանում են իմ վարորդի բարեկամին, ով երկար տարիներ բնակվելով ԱՄՆ-ում վերջին մեկ ու կես տարուց ավելի է ինչ մեքենաներ է ուղարկում Հայաստան, այստեղ վաճառք իրականացնելու համար և այն գրանցվում է իմ վարորդի անունով։
 
Ինչ վերաբերվում է նշված դեպքին, ապա ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ թե իմ վարորդը, և թե վերջինիս մայրը այս դեպքով ցուցմունք են տվել և ինչպես արդեն հայտնել է ոստիկանությունը, նշված գործով կա ձերբակալված անձ։
 
Միաժամանակ հայտնում եմ, որ իմ, իմ ընտանիքի պատկանող գույքը, տրանսպորտային միջոցը և այլ միջոցները նշված են իմ հայտարարագրում. բաց և թափանցիկ: Թե նախկինում և թե հիմա՝ ես չունեմ որևէ գույք, որոնք այլ մարդու անունով է գրանցված և առհասարակ դեմ եմ նման գործելաոճին, որը չի բխում մեր որդեգրած արժեքներին:
