Ռուսական արժույթը հերթական լուրջ անկումն է ապրում. ռուբլին 4-րդ օրն անընդմեջ կորցնում է արժեքը

Ռուսական արժույթը հերթական լուրջ անկումն է ապրում. ռուբլին չորրորդ օրն անընդմեջ շարունակում է անկում գրանցել՝ թարմացնելով 2022-ի փետրվարին սկսված ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի առաջին շաբաթներից ի վեր իր նվազագույն ցուցանիշները, գրում է moscowtimes.ru-ն:

Չորեքշաբթի՝ նոյեմբերի 27-ին, Forex-ում դոլարի փոխարժեքը բարձրացել է գրեթե 5%-ով և 2022 թվականի մարտից ի վեր առաջին անգամ գերազանցել 110 ռուբլին։ Եվրոն օրվա ընթացքում թանկացել է 4,4%-ով և հասել 115,66 ռուբլու, ինչը նույնպես ռեկորդային է վերջին մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում։

Մոսկվայի բորսայում յուանը թանկացել է 1,8%-ով և մոտեցել 15 ռուբլու մակարդակին:

Ըստ փորձագետների՝ ռուբլին թուլանում է, քանի որ արժույթի նկատմամբ պահանջարկը կա, սակայն առաջարկը մնում է թույլ՝ ռուսական բանկային հատվածի դեմ պատժամիջոցների պատճառով։

Ինչպես գրում է Bild-ը, դա կարող է հանգեցնել Ռուսաստանում գնաճի կտրուկ աճի։ Ռուսաստանի Կենտրոնական բանկը փորձում է հակազդել դրան՝ բարձրացնելով հիմնական տոկոսադրույքը մինչև 21%՝ ամենաբարձր մակարդակը 2003 թվականից ի վեր։ Ռուբլու հետագա արժեզրկումը կանխելու համար ՌԴ արտահանողները կարող են ստիպված լինել ավելի շատ արտարժույթ վաճառել։ Բացի այդ, ռուբլու վերջին անկումը սրվել է ռուսական ֆինանսական հատվածի դեմ նոր պատժամիջոցների հետևանքով: Ըստ վերլուծաբանների, դա հանգեցնում է արտաքին առևտրում, մասնավորապես, նավթի և գազի համար վճարումներում ընդհատումների։

Ռուսական խոշոր բանկերի մեծ մասը, այդ թվում՝ «Գազպրոմբանկ»-ը, հայտնվել են ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցների տակ և այժմ չեն կարողանում բանկային գործարքներ իրականացնել դոլարով։ Արտարժույթով առևտուր անելու միակ տարբերակը մնում է դոլարային կանխիկ մեծ ծավալների ներկրումը։
