Նիկոլ Անհողը Գյումրիում իշխանազավթման օպերացիան փոխել է. Գագիկ Համբարյան

Քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Ինչպես և սպասվում էր...

Նախ, Գյումրիում, ըստ օրենքի պահանջի մոտակա ժամանակներում ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ տեղի չեն ունենա...

Երկրորդը՝ ենթադրաբար, Նիկոլը հաջողությամբ "բիզիմդիրացրեց" քայլիստ Կարենի թեկնածությունը...

Նիկոլ Անհողը Գյումրիում իշխանազավթման օպերացիան փոխել է... Ընտրությունները հետաձգվում են և փրայմերիզի անվան տակ Նիկոլն իր ուզած մարդուն է Գյումրիում քաղաքապետ կարգելու, որը հետագայում, մի քանի փողոց և շատրվան բացելով ինքնագովազդվելու է դրա ֆոնին, ինչպես նաև ՏԻՄ ընտրության ժամանակ ունենալով վարչական ռեսուրս և այդ ընթացքում ձևավորելով նաև թիմ մասնակցելու է ընտրություններին, քանի որ "Բալասանյան դաշինք"-ի հրաժարականից հետո պարզվեց, որ 6,5 տարի հանրապետությունում իշխանությունում գտնվող քայլիստները Գյումրիում գրեթե ձայն ոչ միայն չունեն, այլև բաժանված են թայֆաների և պատերազմում են միմյանց հետ... Ի դեպ, չարմանալի չթվա, բայց այդ պառակտիչ քաղաքականության հովանավորը հենց ինքը Նիկոլն է, ով առաջնորդվելով՝ "Բաժանիր, որ տիրես" կարգախոսով և շատ լավ է իրեն զգում որպես արբիտր և հարց լուծող,քանի որ մինյանց դեմ մարտնչող թիմերը Նիկոլին կոմպրոմատներ են տալիս մեկը մյուսի դեմ և վերջնական հարցերը լուծում են Նիկոլի մոտ...

Այս փրայմերիզի անվան տակ, չի բացառվում, որ Նիկոլը "մեկ կրակոցով երկու նապաստակ է սպանելու"՝ կրկին ժողովրդավար է խաղալու և միևնույն ժամանակ ձերբազատվելու է Կարենից, թե բա "կուսակցությունը Սարուխանյան Կարենին ընտրեց որպես թեկնածու, բայց գյումրեցիները դեմ էին և մենք գյումրեցի քայլիստների և ժողջանի մեջ փրայմերիզով ենք որոշել նրանց սրտի քայլիստ քաղաքապետացուի թեկնածությունը" և եթե Կարենը չանցնի, որի հավանականությունը 99 տոկոս է և որին Նիկոլը շատ մեծ "պարտքեր" ունի՝ կապված Ախուրյանում իշխանազավթումը կազմակերպելու, Անի-Մարալիկում քայլիստների համար ընտրությունները Նիկոլի ցանկությանը համապատասխան տանելու, Ամասիայում գործող համայնքապետին գրեթե իրենց ենթարկեցնելու համար, ապա Նիկոլը ասելու է՝ "Կարեն ջան, не виноват я, ձեր գյումրեցիներն են այդպես ուզել", շատ լավ իմանալով, որ Գյումրիի քայլիստներից շատերը՝ իր մամլո-խոսնակ Նազելին, Դավիթը Առուշանյանը, նախկին մարզպետ Հովհաննեսը, Աննա-Էրատոյի մորաքրոջ թոռը, նախկին փոխվարչապետ Մաթեոսյանի "սեմյան", Գյումրիի սորոսականները, տականք "դդումի" թայֆեն դեմ են Կարենին... Իսկ եթե Կարենը Հովիկ Աղազարյան "խաղա", ապա շատ դաժան կպատժվի՝ Նիկոլի բեմականացումը տապալելու փորձերի համար, քանի որ Նիկոլը ոչ միայն դասական ֆաշիստ և ատում է այլակարծությունը, այլև այս ընտրություններով նաև նախապատրաստվում է հաջորդ ԱԺ ընտրոևթյուններին՝ ցանկանալով ունենալ ուժեղ թիմ... Բայց Նիկոլը սխալվում է... 6,5 տարին բավական ժամանակ էր այդ թիմը ձևավորելու համար, որը նրա մոտ չստացվեց...

Մինչ Աննա-Էրատոյի մորաքրոջ թոռը քիչ առաջ իշխանական կայքերից մեկով հայտարարում է, որ առաջադրելու է իր թեկնածությունը որպես Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ, ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների, երեկ Կարենին կանգնեցրել են պարեկները և խմած լինելու համար արձանագրություն կազմել, որի վերաբերյալ տեղեկության արտահոսքն, ըստ իս, պատահական չէ և մյուս սկանդալային լուրերի նման արվել է դիտավորյալ հենց իշխանությունների կողմից...»:
