Փաշինյանը լուրջ բարդությունների է բախվել Գյումրիում

Գյումրիում ստեղծված քաղաքական ճգնաժամը կարող է իսկական գլխացավանք դառնալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի համար։ Վարչախումբն, առանց այն էլ, Գյումրիում որևէ լուրջ հենարան չունի, ազդեցիկ և հեղինակավոր թեկնածու չի կարողանում ընտրել, իսկ նախապես առաջադրված թեկնածուն էլ հասցրել է այս ընթացքում սկանդալային պատմություններում հայտնվել։ Կարեն Սարուխանյանը, ի դեպ, ակնարկում է, որ «Քաղպայմանագրում» իր դեմ աշխատող ուժեր կան, որոնք էլ կանգնած են այդ սկանդալների ետևում։

Ավելի քան մեկ ամիս Գյումրին անիշխանության է մատնված։ «Բալասանյան» դաշինքի հրաժարականից անմիջապես հետո Հայաստանի իշխող ուժը հայտարարեց, թե պատրաստվում է արտահերթ ընտրությունների, ապա այլ տարբերակներից սկսեց խոսել։ Որպես քաղաքապետի թեկնածու ՔՊ-ն սկզբում հայտարարեց Կարեն Սարուխանյանի թեկնածության մասին։ Սակայն, թմրանյութերի պատմությունից հետո սկսեցին լուրեր շրջանառվել, որ ՔՊ-ն փոշմանել է և Կարեն Սարուխանյանի փոխարեն Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի այլ թեկնածու է առաջադրելու։

Փաշինյանն էլ չի ցանկանում միայնակ ստանձնել Գյումրիում հնարավոր ձախողման պատասխանատվությունը և որոշել է այն բարդել հենց գյումրեցի կուսակցականների վրա։ Տևական դադարից հետո նա երեկ տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, հայտարարել, թե Գյումրիում դեկտեմբերի 8-ին, 9-ին և 10-ին կկայանան նախնական ընտրություններ։ «Մենք կխնդրենք «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամների, համակիրների, համախոհների շրջանակից, որ առաջադրվեն թեկնածուներ, այդ թեկնածուներին քաղաքական որոշակի չափանիշներով կգրանցենք, ոմանց գրանցումը հնարավոր է մերժենք», - ասել է նա։

Ըստ Փաշինյանի, դրանից հետո ոչ բոլոր գյումրեցիների շրջանում քվեարկություն է լինելու, և հաղթած թեկնածուն կնշանակվի Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնակատար, որն ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Փաշինյանի խոսքով, կլինի ՔՊ-ի թեկնածուն հետագա ընտրություններում։ Նրա խոսքով, առաջիկայում ընդունվելիք օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների արդյունքում է քաղաքապետի ԺՊ նշանակելու։

Գործող իշխանությունները գիտակցում են, որ Գյումրիում կարող են, բլոտի լեզվով ասած, «թարս կապուտ» լինել, և այժմ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, տրնգի էլ կպարեն, որ իրենցից վանեն ձախողման հետևանքները։
