Նոր առևտրային պատերազմ. Թրամփը Չինաստանի, Մեքսիկայի և Կանադայի նկատմամբ նոր մաքսատուրքեր է սահմանելու

ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ ղեկավարման օրոք Չինաստանի, Մեքսիկայի և Կանադայի նկատմամբ նոր մաքսատուրքեր է սահմանելու` փորձելով պայքարել դեպի ԱՄՆ ապօրինի ներգաղթի և թմրանյութերի ներկրման դեմ: Այս մասին գրում է BBC-ն:

ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահն ասել է, որ 2025 թվականի հունվարի 20-ին երդմնակալությունից հետո կստորագրի գործադիր հրաման՝ Մեքսիկայից և Կանադայից եկող բոլոր ապրանքների համար 25% մաքսատուրք սահմանելու մասին: Մինչդեռ Չինաստանի համար կսահմանվի հավելյալ 10% մաքսատուրք:

«Մենք Չինաստանից կգանձենք հավելյալ 10% մաքսատուրք, քանի դեռ նա չի պայքարում ֆենտանիլի մաքսանենգության դեմ», - ասել է Թրամփը:

Աղբյուրը նկատում է, որ նման զարգացումը կարող է նշանավորել ԱՄՆ երեք հիմնական առևտրային գործընկերների հետ լարվածության լուրջ սրացում: Դա կարող է հանգեցնել նաև հենց ԱՄՆ-ում գների բարձրացման, քանի որ մաքսատուրքերը գործում են որպես ներմուծման հարկի ձև:

ԱՄՆ-ն աշխարհի խոշորագույն ներմուծողն է։ Պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ Չինաստանին, Մեքսիկային և Կանադային բաժին է ընկնում տարեկան 3,2 տրիլիոն դոլարի ներկրված ապրանքների մոտ 40%-ը:

Չինաստանը պաշտպանել է անօրինական թմրամիջոցների հոսքը դադարեցնելու իր ջանքերը և զգուշացրել է, որ երկուսի միջև առևտրային պատերազմում հաղթող չի կարող լինել:

Թրամփը Պեկինին քննադատել է այն բանի համար, որ Չինաստանի իշխանությունները չեն կատարել ֆենտանիլով սինթետիկ ափիոնային թմրամիջոցի տարածմամբ զբաղվողներին մահապատժի ենթարկելու խոստումը:

Վաշինգտոնում Չինաստանի դեսպանատան խոսնակը BBC-ին ասել է, որ պնդումն առ այն, որ «Չինաստանը գիտակցաբար թույլ է տալիս ֆենտանիլի հոսքը Միացյալ Նահանգներ, լիովին հակասում է փաստերին և իրականությանը»:

«Չինաստանը կարծում է, որ Չինաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի տնտեսական և առևտրային համագործակցությունը փոխշահավետ է իր բնույթով: Ոչ ոք չի հաղթի առևտրային կամ մաքսատուրքերի պատերազմում»,- հավելել է նա:

Գործող նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի վարչակազմը Պեկինին կոչ է արել ավելին անել ֆենտանիլի պատրաստման մեջ օգտագործվող բաղադրիչների արտադրությունը դադարեցնելու համար. Վաշինգտոնի գնահատմամբ՝ անցյալ տարի ֆենտանիլից մահացել է գրեթե 75,000 ամերիկացի:
