Փաշինյանի կառավարման օրոք պետական պարտքը կրկնապատկվել է

2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը կրկնապատկվել է: Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալներով՝ Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը հատել է 12.6 միլիարդ դոլարի շեմը։ Նախորդ տարեվերջին պետական պարտքը 11.8 մլրդ դոլար էր: Ֆինանսների նախարարության տվյալներով՝ 9 ամսում պետական պարտքն աճել է 5.5 տոկոսով:

Մինչև 2018 թվականը Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը 6,4 մլրդ դոլար էր, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից քննադատում էր նախկին իշխանություններին՝ պետական պարտքը բարձրացնելու համար և, ինչպես լինում է Փաշինյանի բոլոր հայտարարությունների դեպքում, այս անգամ էլ գործ ունեին սովորական երեսպաշտության հետ։ Եթե նախորդ 27 տարիներին պարտքը հասել էր 6,4 մլրդ դոլարի, ապա վեց տարում ավելացել էր ևս 6,2 մլրդ դոլարով։

«Պետական պարտքի մասին» օրենքի համաձայն՝ տարեվերջին պետական պարտքի և համախառն ներքին արդյունքի հարաբերակցության սահմանային շեմն առավագույնը 60 տոկոս պետք է լինի: Մինչդեռ միայն այս իշխանության օրոք առնվազն 2 անգամ հատվել է կարմիր գիծը՝ 2020 թվականին եղել է ՀՆԱ-ի 63.5 տոկոսը, 2021-ին` 60.3 տոկոս: Այս տարվա կանխատեսումներով՝ տարին կփակվի պետական պարտք/ՀՆԱ 53 տոկոս հարաբերակցությամբ: Հաջորդ տարի պարտք/ՀՆԱ նախնական ցուցանիշը 53.5 տոկոս կլինի։

Գործող իշխանությունն ինքնամոռաց կերպով ավելացնում է ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու պարտքային պարտավորությունները՝ չմտածելով հետևանքների մասին։ Սեփական իշխանությունն ամեն գնով երկարաձգելու, սոցիալական «բունտից» խուսափելու համար Փաշինյանն ու իր իշխանությունը չեն խորշում երկիրն ավելի մեծ պարտքի, և, որպես հետևանք, արտաքին ազդեցության տակ գցելուց։ Կարևորը, իրենց «կոռմը» տեղը լինի։
