Սև PR Հայաստանի դեմ՝ մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ս. թ. հունիսի 3–ի «Փաստ» օրաթերթի 98 համարում անդրադարձել էինք մետրոյի «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» կայարանից դեպի Արամի և Նալբանդյան փողոցների խաչմերուկ տանող գետնանցումի որմնանկարների վրա կատարված զազրելի գրառմանը: Թերթի անդրադարձից որոշ ժամանակ անց, հավանաբար քաղաքային իշխանությունների կողմից, նկարի վրայից այն մաքրվեց: Բայց, ցավոք, մեր ուրախությունը երկար չտևեց և կարճ ժամանակ անց որմնանկարի վրա կրկին հայտնվեց նույն գրառումը, մեկ տարբերությամբ:

Եթե նախկինում մի պատին գրված էր՝ «Պատերազմ, արտագաղթ, ապրիլ», իսկ դիմացի պատին՝ «Միասին դեպի հուսահատ Հայաստան», ապա հիմա այս երկու «արտահայտություններից» երկու պատերի վրա էլ միայն վերջինն է «գրված»: Անկեղծ ասած, առաջին տպավորությունն այն էր, որ դրա «հեղինակը» իր կյանքից խռոված մի մարդ է, ով մի օր արթնացել ու որոշել է չար կատակ անել, զվարճանալու կամ պարզելու համար, թե պատերի վրա գրված տարբեր ցնդաբանությունները որքան ժամանակ կարող են «պահպանվել»:

Այսինքն, այն կարելի է որպես մի փոքրիկ «թեստ» ընդունել` ստուգելու թե՛ իշխանությունների ու թե՛ հասարակության ուշադրության աստիճանը շրջապատի հանդեպ: Բայց գրառումը մաքրելուց մի քանի ամիս անց նույն տեղում նույնաբովանդակ արտահայտությունը նույն նկարի վրա «դաջելը» նոր մտորումների առիթ հանդիսացավ:

Ստացվում է, որ սա ոչ թե ինչ–որ մեկի չար կատակն է, այլ լավ մշակված, պլանավորված ու կանխամտածված չարամիտ գործողություն` ուղղված իշխանությունների ու ողջ հասարակության դեմ: Իսկ դրա նպատակը կարող է լինել մարդկանց ենթագիտակցության մեջ հուսահատության սինդրոմ «ներդնելն» ու աճեցնելը, որն էլ ի վերջո կհանգեցնի բազում նեգատիվ հետևանքների: Եվ ամենազազրելին՝ որ այս ամենը կատարվում է հայտնի «Հալեպի շուկայի» հարևանությամբ, որտեղ իրենց հանապազօրյա հացն են վաստակում Սիրիայից ներգաղթած մեր հայրենակիցները:

Ի դեպ, մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ այդ գրառումը ոչ նրանց ուշադրությունն է շեղել սեփական գործից, ոչ էլ ազդել է նրանց հայրենասիրության ու տրամադրության վրա:

Ողջ այս պատմության մեջ, սակայն, ամենակարևոր բացահայտումն այն էր, որ ստացվում է, թե Հայաստանի սրտում՝ մայրաքաղաքի ամենակենտրոնում՝ «Հանրապետության» հրապարակի հարևանությամբ գտնվող գենտնանցումի պատերն օգտագործելով որպես գրատախտակ, կանխամտածված կերպով երկրի ու ժողովրդի հանդեպ սև PR է իրականացվում, որի պտուղները քիչ–քիչ և կամաց–կամաց կարող են տեսանելի դառնալ:

Այսինքն սա ոչ թե չար կատակ է, այլ՝ ազգային անվտանգության խնդիր, որով պետք է զբաղվեն արդեն ոչ թե քաղաքային իշխանությունները, այլ՝ Ազգային անվտանգությունն ու բացահայտի, թե ով կամ ովքեր են նման հանցագործություն իրականացնողները:
