Մեղավորը պետք է պատժվի երկիրն այս օրը գցելու համար․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

Էն, որ եկող տարին չարագուշակ տնտեսական աղետներ է բերելու, արդեն կասկած չկա։

Տնտեսությունից քիչ թէ շատ հասկացող մասնագետները սարսափում են պատկերացնել կորուստների չափերը եվ նախընտրում են լռել, քան թե բոթ ազդարարել ։ Վարչախումբը փայլուն տեղեկացված է տնտեսական աղետի հնարավոր խորության, չափերի մասին, բայց խուսափում է մասնագետների հետ խորհուրդ անելուց։ Հատկանշական է, որ վերջին հեռացումները շրջանցեցին տնտեսական բլոկը, կենտրոնական բանկը, որովհետև վարչախումբը վախենում է բաց թողնել իրավիճակը, վախենում է փլուզումից եվ, բնազդաբար, վստահության պաշար է փորձում գտնել, բայց այդ պաշար ստեղծողները արդյունավետ կառավարիչներ չեն եվ, իսկապես, ով կարող է վստահել Գևորգ Պապոյանին կամ Բաբկեն Թունյանին՝ հաշվի առնելով տնտեսական օրենքների դեմ նրանց պատժիչ մղումները եվ նրանց մոտ կիրառական փորձի զրո մակարդակը, համեստորեն լռելով նրանց տեսական զրո պաշարի մասին։ Ինչու՞։ Կարելի է հասկանալ աթոռը գրկածներին, որովհետև ցանկացած համարժեք քննարկման ժամանակ փնտրվելու են երկու սուբյեկտ։ Մեղավորը եվ փրկիչը։

Քննարկենք առանձին։

1. Մեղավորը, ով գործադիրի ղեկավարը վարչապետն է, գերնպաստավոր վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում չի հասկացել, որ նպաստավոր արտաքին գործոնները սպառվելու միտում ունեն եվ երկիր հոսող ռեսուրսը անընդհատ չէ։

2. Մեղավորը չի կարողացել երկիր հոսող ռեսուրսը չփոշիացնել տխմարագույն սուբվենցիաների մեջ, որը տեխնոլոգիական նախնադարից բացի ոչինչ չի բերում ապագայի մեջ։

3. Մեղավորը չի ըմբռնել, որ ՀՀ բանկերը զարգացման ռեսուրսը կլանելու են եվ դուրս հանեն տնտեսությունից ու երկրից եվ անկման ժամանակ ոչինչ չեն տալու երկրին։

4. Մեղավորը չի հասկանում, որ սեփական ռազմաարդյունաբերության ուղին է միակ արդյունավետը եվ դրա հիմնական արգելքը դրսում զենքի աղբյուրներ փնտրելն է։

5. Մեղավորը չի ըմբռնել , որ հինգ հարյուր դպրոց, երեք հարյուր մանկապարտեզ կառուցելու որոշումը բացառիկ սխալ է, որովհետև կարճ ժամանակահատվածում բարձրակարգ ռազմական ինժեներներ կարելի էր պատրաստել միմիայն արտասահմանյան առաջնակարգ բուհերում ։

Գործի, համարժեք քննարկման փոխարեն մեղավորը կառավարության նիստերին սպառնում է փողոցում ավազ լցրած կամ մեքենայի երկաթյա ջարդոն գցողներին հայտնաբերել եվ տուգանել ։
