Փաշինյանը խոստովանում է իր կատարած հանցագործությունը

Դատական համակարգը, ըստ ՀՀ օրենսդրության, անկախ է և չի ենթարկվում գործադիրի կամայականություններին։ Բայց այս դրույթն ինչպես եղել է միայն թղթի վրա, այնպես էլ շարունակում է մնալ։ «Ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնի» նարատիվը վեց տարի չարաշահած, հանրության և միջազգային գործընկերների գլուխը ժողովրդավարական կտերով տարած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ ինքն է Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում խոստովանել, որ ինքն է SMS-հաղորդագրությամբ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանին պաշտոնանկ արել։

Խոսելով բարձրաստիճան մի շարք պաշտոնյաների պաշտոնանկության մասին՝ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե ինքն է հորդորել, այն էլ գրավոր ձևով, կիրակի երեկոյան։ Հաշվված վայրկյաններ անց, գիտակցելով, որ վտանգավոր ու անհեթեթ միտք է ասել, փորձել է խմբագրել ինքն իրեն։ Ասում է՝ գործընթացը որևէ կապ չունի գործադիր իշխանության ճնշման հետ։ «Նախ ուզում եմ ասել, որ վարչապետի հորդոր չի եղել, եղել է վարչապետի խնդրանք։ Դրանք բոլորովին տարբեր բաներ են։ Կա՞ արդյոք նման խնդրանքով հանդես գալու քաղաքական, բարոյական և իրավական հնարավորություն․ կարծում եմ՝ այո՛»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Կարեն Անդրեասյանը, ի դեպ, հաջորդ օրը հայտարարում էր, թե հրաժարական է ներկայացնում իր կամքով՝ կանխելով գրավոր հաղորդագրություն ստանալու հնարավորությունը։ Թեպետ, ի սկզբանե էլ պարզ էր, որ նա ինքնակամ չի հավաքում իր իրերը, այլ պարտադրել են։

Փաշինյանի այս հայտարարությունը լուրջ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ։ Այժմ ո՛չ նրան, ո՚չ իր թիմակիցներին չի հաջողվելու համոզել, որ Հայաստանում անկախ դատական համակարգ կա: Եթե ՀՀ քաղաքացիները վաղուց գիտեին, որ Հայաստանում անկախ դատարանը նոնսենս է, այժմ այդ փաստը հայտնի դարձավ բոլորին։
