Աղմկոտ սպանության գործով մեղադրյալը Թուֆենկյան հյուրանոցի շինարարներից է եղել. մանրամասներ

Սեպտեմբերի 14-ին Երեւանի կենտրոնում՝ Թուֆենկյան հյուրանոցի մոտ հնչած կրակոցների գործով մեղադրյալ 60-ամյա Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանի կալանավորումը վերահաստատվել է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ դեպքից հետո նրա, Ալբերտ Բլբուլյանի, Արմեն Կարադավիդովի նկատմամբ հետախուզում էր հայտարարվել: Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանը հայտնաբերվել էր սեպտեմբերի 22-ին՝ Կոտայքի մարզում:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ եւ 7-րդ կետով՝ (մի խումբ անձանց կամ կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով սպանություն), ՀՀ ՔՕ 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանության փորձ) մասով, ինչպես նաեւ ՀՀ ՔՕ 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով (ապօրինի կերպով զենք կրելը, փոխադրելը, կամ պահելը):

Այս մասին մեր զրույցում ասաց Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանի պաշտպան Մարինե Ֆարմանյանը: Ի պատասխան մեր հարցին Ֆարմանյանն ասաց, որ իր պաշտպանյալն իրեն մասնակի է մեղավոր ճանաչում. բայց իրականում ոչ թե այդ մեղադրանքի շրջանակներում, այլ՝ միայն մասնակցության մասով, որ եղել է դեպքի վայրում:

Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանը մանրամասն ցուցմունք է տվել եւ հայտնել, որ հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Ալբերտ Բլբուլյանի եւ Արմեն Կարադավիդովի հետ մոտ հարաբերությունների մեջ է եղել: Մեկ տարի է, ինչ ծանոթացել են. Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանը նրանց պարբերաբար տաքսու ծառայություն է մատուցել: Ըստ Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանի ցուցմունքների՝ Արմեն Կարադավիդովը պարբերաբար նրան ներշնչել է, որ Վահագն Աբգարյանի (խոսքը դեպքի օրը հրազենային վիրավորում ստացած ալավերդցի քրեական հեղինակություն Վահագնի մասին է,-հեղ.) սպանությունով վերջ կդրվի շարունակական հանցագործություններին: «Այդ մարդկանց եւ Վահագնի միջեւ պարբերաբար վենդետաներ են տեղի ունեցել: Կարադավիդովը պատմել է, որ Վահագն իր ազգականներին եւ ընկերներին սպանել է. սպանության պատվեր է տվել, Ալավերդին պահում է լարված վիճակում: Նաեւ հայտնել է նրան, որ նման մտադրություն ունի (սպանության հեղ,-), սակայն նրանց ճանաչելով Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանի մոտ համոզմունք էր ձեւավորվել, որ նրանք վերջիվերջո չեն կրակելու»,- մանրամասնեց պաշտպան Մարինե Ֆարմանյանը:
