Մայթով քայլում ես, տեսնում 61 թվի «ԳԱԶ 66»-ի «ռամա» է դրված պապուց հիշատակ, տարե՛ք ձեր տուն, պատից կախեք. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան (տեսանյութ)

16 կմ երկարությամ ճանապարհների հիմնանորոգման համար ՏԿԵ նախարարությանը հատկացված միջոցներից կտարամադրվի 2 մլրդ 860 մլն 300 հազար դրամի չափով գումար, շուրջ 901 մլն դրամ էլ կառավարությունը կտրամադրի:Նախագիծը կառավարության նսիտում զեկուցեց նորանշանակ նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ հիմնանորոգման նախատեսված ճանապարհից  միջպետականը նշանակության է 1.6 կմ-ն,  հանրապետական նշանակության՝ 8 կմ, տեղական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհները 6.4 կմ է: «Նախատեսված է  հիմնանորոգել 3 կամուրջ և 1 հենապատ»,- ասաց Խուդաթյանը:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախ թվեց հիմնանորոգվող ճանապարհները հերթականությամբ, ապա բարձրացրեց խնդիր:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ճանապարհների հիմնանորոգում հետո դեպքեր է տեսել, երբ բնկավայրերի, ռեստորանների այլ օբյեկտների մոտով անցնող ճանապարհները քանդվում են:

«Այսպիսի ընկալում կա,՝ սա իմ դռան դեմն է, հետո ինչ որ պետությունը 500 մլն փող է ծախսել, պետք է հեռախոսի լար անցկացնեմ, կքանդեմ, պետությունը կգա մի օր, էլի կսարքի: Սա լուրջ պրոբլեմ է: Պետք է հասկանանք՝ այս պրոբլեմի հետ ո՞նց ենք առչնվելու, առաջին հերթին համայնքներն ունեն անելիք»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Նա նշեց, թե տասնյակ տարիներով չվերանորոգված ճանապարհը վերանորոգում են, գնում, տեսնում են՝ մեկը բերել ավազ է թափել մայթի վրա, մյուսը բերել, քար է շարել, մեկ ուրիշը՝ ասֆալտի վրա բետոն է անում:

«Այդ մարդուն որ ասես՝ ի՞նչ ես անում, կասի՝ ի՞նչ եմ անում որ: Պապու «ԳԱԶ157»-երից ինչ-որ առումով պրծանք: Մայթով քայլում ես, մարդն իր երեխու հետ քայլում է, մեկ էլ տեսնում է 61 թվի արտադրության «ԳԱԶ 66»-ի ռամա է դրված մայթի վրա, պապու ռաման է, միակ հիշողությանն է մնացել: Կներեք արտահայտությանս համար՝ տարեք կախեք ձեր պատից, եթե հիշողություն է: Այ ձեր ցավը տանեմ, ամենայն հարգանքով, տարե՛ք ձեր բակում դրեք, բակ չունեք, տանը դրեք»,- ասաց նա:

Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ սա լուրջ խնդիր է: «Մենք չենք հասկանում այս ամեն ինչի կապն այսօրվա իրավիճակի հետ: Ինչո՞ւ ձայն չեն հանում մարզպետները, համայքնապետերը: Ի՞նչ, վախենում են այդ պապու թոռի ձայնը կորցնե՞ն ընտրություններին: Հակառակը, եթե մենք գնում ենք, դա մաքրում ենք, մի մարդու ձայն կորցնում ենք, 100-ինը՝ շահում: Բոլոր համայնքներով մտնելու եմ, որտեղ տեսա, աղյուս ավազ, ՎԱԶ 31, 37 սա պրոբլեմ է առաջացնելու, իննձից չնեղանաք: 6 տարվա ընթացքում համայնք չկա, որ զանգած չլինեմ այս խնդրով»,- շեշտեց նա:
