«Երկրում կա մեծ կոռուպցիա, որի գլխին կանգնած է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում մի քանի, կարելի է ասել, սկանդալային հայտարարություններ է արել Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը: Բացի այն, որ նա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին անվանել է շոումեն, իսկ նրա իշխանությանը համեմատել է նռնակը ձեռքին կապիկի հետ, Կարապետյանը նաև նշել է, թե իր նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված «Ազգային հպարտության տրիբունալի» հայտնի որոշումը դեռ շատ մեղմ է ու կարող է փոփոխվել, քանի որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է նոր հանցանքներ գործել: Մենք զանգահարեցինք Արշակ Կարապետյանին՝ ճշտելու, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը:

«Բացի շարունակական զիջումների պատրաստակամությունից, բացի այն ամենի շարունակականությունից, ինչի մասին նշված է Տրիբունալի որոշման մեջ, ամենաթարմ հանցանքը, որ գործել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, այն է, որ վիրավորել է մեր Սահմանադրությունը, մեր Անկախության հռչակագիրը: Հնարավո՞ր է պատկերացնել մեկ այլ երկիր, որի ղեկավարը նման կերպ արտահայտվի իր երկրի հիմնական օրենքի, իր երկրի, իր պետության հիմքում դրված Հռչակագրի մասին: Երևի թե հնարավոր չէ»,-ասաց Արշակ Կարապետյանը՝ նկատի ունենալով մասնավորաբար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները, թե «այդ Անկախության հռչակագիրը, բովանդակությունը նրա մասին է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն չի կարող գոյություն ունենալ»:

Մյուս հարցը, ըստ Արշակ Կարապետյանի, վերաբերում է կոռուպցիային:Մեզ հետ զրույցում գեներալը նշեց, որ Հայաստանում կա մեծ կոռուպցիա. «Մեր տեղեկություններով, որոնք հիմա ճշտում ենք, այդ կոռուպցիայի գլխին կանգնած է հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Ավելին, ունենք տեղեկություններ, որ մի քանի երկրում սրա հետ կապված կան ձերբակալվածներ: Հիմա չեմ ցանկանում մանրամասներ ներկայացնել, քանի որ բոլոր տեղեկությունները պետք է վերջնական ճշտենք: Երբ բոլոր փաստերը մեր ձեռքի տակ լինեն, մենք կհրապարակայնացնենք»:

Երրորդը վերաբերում է բանակին՝ ի մասնավորի նկատի ունենալով այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերջերս նման հայտարարություն էր արել. «Խորհուրդ եմ տալիս դադարեցնել բանակի սրբագործման մոտեցումը, որովհետև դա 3-րդ Հանրապետության ընթացքում բոլորիս գործած մեծագույն սխալն է»: Արշակ Կարապետյանն ասում է, որ սա ապագային միտված վտանգավոր հայտարարություն է: «Ես հիմա դիմում եմ բոլոր սպաներին, բոլոր գեներալներին՝ վստահ, որ իրենք էլ հասկանում են՝ այս մարդը հող է նախապատրաստում, որ ապագայում ասի՝ մեզ բանակ պետք չէ: Իսկ երբ էլի նոր տարածքներ կհանձնի, նորից սպաների ու գեներալների կնստեցնի և աչքն էլ չի թարթի»,-ասում է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը՝ միևնույն ժամանակ հավելելով. «Եթե, իհարկե, հասցնի»:

Գեներալի կարծիքով, այս իշխանությունները հնարավորինս շուտ պետք է հեռանան. «Ինչքան երկար մնացին իշխանության ղեկին, այնքան ծանր է լինելու ոչ միայն երկրի համար, այլև հենց իրենց համար, երբ արդեն հեռացած կլինեն իրենց աթոռներից»:
