Ինչը չհաջողվեց ընդդիմությանը, արեց Նիկոլը՝ խարխլեց ՆԳՆ-ի հիմքերը․ Սայաթ Շիրինյան

Ուզում եք հավատացեք, չեք ցանկանա մի հավատացեք։ Բայց Վահե Ղազարյանի հեռացումով խարխլվեց ՆԳՆ-ի, մասնավորապես ոստիկանության հիմքերը։ Այս մասին Euromedia24.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գնդապետ Սայաթ Շիրինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՆԳ նախարարի պաշտոնում Արփինե Սարգսյանի նշանակվելուն։

Ըստ նրա՝ մինչև Վահե Ղազարյանի հեռացումը, երկրում տեղի ունեցող ապօրինությունների ողջ պատասխանատվությունը միասին կիսում էին և՛ Վահե Ղազարյանը, և՛ ոստիկանության պետ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը․ «Այսուհետ ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կընկնի միայն Արամ Հովհաննիսյանի վրա, իսկ նա կցանկանա՞ արդյոք դառնալ միակ մեղավորն ու պատասխանատուն։ Կարծում եմ, որ՝ ոչ։ Արամը չի ցանկանա դառնալ քավության նոխազ։
Աչքի տակ ունենալով այն իրողությունը, թե ինչպես Նիկոլը նվաստացնելով հեռացրեց անգամ իր մտերմագույն ընկերոջը, հետևապես միանշանակ չի խնայի նաև իրեն։ Շատ լավ հասկանալով, որ Վահե Ղազարյանի պարագայում, եթե Նիկոլը բավարարվեց հեռացնելով, ապա իր պարագայում բոլոր ճանապարհները կտանեն դեպի Վարդաշեն։ Ուստի, Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը, այդ թվում նրա բոլոր ենթակաները հաստատապես կխուսափեն փուռը գնալուց»,- նշեց նա։

Շիրինյանի խոսքով՝ բոլոր մասսայական միջոցառումներից առաջ, երբ անհրաժեշտ կլինի կոշտ կամ բիրտ ուժ կիրառել, Արամը ՆԳՆ կին նախարարից կպահանջի գրավոր հրաման այս կամ այն միջոցառումն իրականացնելու համար․ «Ահա հենց այստեղ է, որ սեպ կխրվի ՆԳՆ ու նրա ենթակայությամբ գործող ոստիկանության՝ մինչ այդ կուռ շարքերում։ Արամին մնում է շուտափույթ հրաժարական տալ՝ առողջության կտրուկ վատթարացման պատճառամանությամբ»։

Հարցին՝ արդյոք կին նախարարին համակարգը կընդունի, թե՞ ոչ, ապա Շիրինյանն ասաց, որ նա կլինի օտար մարմին։
«Նախկինում էլ նման փորձեր եղել են, երբ դրսից մարդկանց են նշանակել, չնայած նրանք լավ, թե վատ աշվատել են. բայց երբեք էլ համակարգի համար յուրային չեն դարձել։ Ինչը չհաջողվեց ընդդիմությանը, արեց Նիկոլը՝ խարխլեց ՆԳՆ-ի հիմքերը։ Թուլացրեց ՆԳՆ ոստիկանություն կապը։
Կկարողանա՞ արդյոք այս իրավիճակից օգտվել ընդդիմությունը»,- նկատեց Շիրինյանը։

Այս իրավիճակը Շիրինյանին հիշեցնում է 1996 թվականը, երբ Լևոն Պետրոսյանը հեռացրեց ՆԳ նախարար Վանո Սիրադեղյանին, հետո հարկադրված հեռացավ նաև ինքը։
«Հիշե՛ք, բոլոր ժամանակներում իշխանափոխության կանխող ուժը եղել և մնում է ոստիկանությունը»,- եզրափակեց Սայաթ Շիրինյանը։
