Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ՀՀ վարչապետին և կառավարությանը. Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը հեռանում է Քննչական կոմիտեից

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը պաշտոնից ազատվելու վերաբերյալ որոշում է կայացրել։
 
«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի սիրելի՛ աշխատակիցներ, գործընկերներ,
 
Եկել է պահը հայտնելու Ձեզ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնից հրաժարվելու՝ իմ կայացրած որոշման մասին։ Այն բխում է վերջին շրջանում ընդհանուր իրավապահ համակարգի գործունեության շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակից ածանցվող ներքին վերագնահատումներից։
 
Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում նախ Քննչական կոմիտեի ողջ անձնակազմին, իմ սիրելի գործընկերներին՝ համատեղ անցած ընդհանուր ճանապարհի, աշխատանքի թե՛ բարդությունները և թե՛ շոշափելի արդյունքները միասին կիսելու, համախոհությամբ ու նվիրումով համակարգի կայացման՝ մեր ընդհանուր տեսլականի կյանքի կոչմանը հետամուտ լինելու համար։ Պատիվ ու հպարտություն էր ծառայել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում, դառնալ վերջինիս մասնիկն ու փորձել համեստ ներդրում ունենալ այս կուռ ու միասնական կառույցի համակարգայնացման շարունակական ընթացքին։ Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնից հեռանում եմ նույնպիսի ներքին հպարտությամբ ու ներդաշնակությամբ, ինչպես ստանձնել եմ այն ու աշխատել։
 
Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում նաև ՀՀ վարչապետին և ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ Հայաստանի համար բարդ ու կարևոր պատմական շրջափուլում այս պատասխանատու պաշտոնն ինձ վստահելու, իմ կարողություններին հավատալու համար։ Ի պաշտոնե հնարավոր ամեն ինչ արվել է՝ մեր պետության ներքին կենսունակությունն ու օրինահենությունը, իրավական անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար, որպես հայ մարդ ու ՀՀ քաղաքացի՝ դա համարել եմ հոգու պարտք ու առաքելություն։
 
Վստահ եմ, որ այդ ընթացքը լինելու է անկասելի և Հայաստանում շարունակվող դատաիրավական, իրավապահ մարմինների բարեփոխումները, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հետագա զարգացման ուղեցույցը լինելու է շարունակական, և մենք ունենալու ենք մեր պատկերացրած նախաքննական մարմինը և մեր երազանքների կայուն, անվտանգ ու բարգավաճող հայրենիքը։
