ԱԺ-ում խոսվեց, թե Կիրանցի հատվածից անասուններ են անցնում, պարո՛ն մարզպետ, ի՞նչ ինֆորմացիա ունեք այս մասին. Փաշինյան (տեսանյութ)

Երեկ կամ նախորդ օրը Ազգային ժողովում խոսք գնաց, ինչն ինձ համար շատ զարմանալի էր, որ Կիրանցի հատվածից անասունները սահմանն անցնում են: Այս մասին կառավարության նիստին ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Ճիշտն ասած, ես լավ չհասկացա, թե դա ինչպես կարող է տեղի ունենալ, կամ դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ միայն սահմանի այն հատվածում, որը դեռ այդ սահմանային ենթակառուցվածքով կահավորված չէ: Պարո՛ն մարզպետ, սրա հետ կապված ի՞նչ ինֆորմացիա կարող եք ասել, այսինքն՝ այդտեղ ինչ-որ խնդիր կա՞, խնդիր է ծագե՞լ կամ ծագո՞ւմ է այնտեղ»,- ասաց նա։

Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումյանը նշեց, որ սահմանազատումից հետո մինչև սահմանի վերջնական կահավորումը, այսինքն՝ փշալարի անցկացումը, մի քանի նմանատիպ դեպք ենք ունեցել, և բոլոր դեպքերում խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիները վերադարձվել են:

«Սա ժողովրդի կողմից ուշադրության կենտրոնում չի, որովհետև բոլոր դեպքերը դրական լուծում են ստացել»,- ասաց նա։

Փաշինյանը միջամտեց՝ ասելով, այսինքն՝ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել, դրական լուծո՞ւմ է ստացել, դա լավ պատասխան չէ։

«Այսինքն՝ ո՞նց կարող է կենդանին փշալարի վրայով անցնել»,- հետարքրքվեց վարչապետը:

Մարզպետը նշեց, որ դեպքերը մինչև փշալար անցկացնելն են գրանցվել:

Փաշինյանն էլ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Աբազյանից հետաքրքրվեց՝ կահավորման աշխատանքներն ի՞նչ փուլում են, արդյոք դեռ ընթացքի մեջ են:

«Պարո՛ն վարչապետ, կահավորման աշխատանքներն ընթացքի մեջ են, վերջնական չենք ավարտել, իսկ այդ անասունների անցումը տեղի է ունեցել մինչև փշալարերի տեղադրելու պահը։ Դրանից հետո որևէ դեպք չենք ունեցել»,- ասաց Աբազյանը:
