Ո՞ւմ են պետք գրադարանները, թանգարանները, բուհերը.... «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Փաստորեն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա «իշխանական թիմի» համար թանգարաններն ու գրադարանները ավելորդ բեռ են, անիմաստ կառույցներ: Դե, թանգարանների վերաբերյալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «դարակազմիկ» մտքերը հայտնի են: Նա այն թանգարանները, որոնք քիչ այցելուներ ունեն, պահեստի հետ է համեմատել (սա ամենից անմեղ հիշեցումն է), նշել, որ եթե որևէ թանգարան քիչ այցելու ունի, պետք է նայել՝ առհասարակ պե՞տք է այդ թանգարանը, պե՞տք է այն ֆինանսավորել: Նորություն չէ՝ Փաշինյանի ու ՔՊ-ի «չափորոշիչները» փողն ու որկորն են միայն:
 
Հիմա այդ թանգարանատյաց վերաբերմունքը շարունակություն, ավելի ստույգ՝ նոր, կարելի է ասել՝ պետական քաղաքականության դրսևորումներ է ստանում: Օրերս էլ Փաշինյանի կարկառուն պաշտոնյաներից մեկը հայտարարել է, որ եթե մարդիկ թանգարան չեն այցելում, ապա հարց է ծագում, թե ընդհանրապես ինչո՞ւ գոյություն ունի այդ թանգարանը: Հա, ու դա երևի քիչ համարելով՝ քպական պաշտոնյան ասում է, թե կոչ են անում թանգարանների ու նաև գրադարանների աշխատակիցներին, որ իրենք սեփական եկամուտները գեներացնեն ու այդ «գեներացման» հաշվին բարձրացնեն իրենց աշխատավարձերը:
 
Սա դեռ «ժուռնալն» էր: Բանն այն է, որ գրադարանավարների ու թանգարանային աշխատողների՝ առանց այդ էլ «նիհարագույն» աշխատավարձի վրա խնայող փաշինյանական պաշտոնյան գանգատվում է, թե չինովնիկները շատ ցածր աշխատավարձ են ստանում, ակնարկելով, որ պետք է այն էլի բարձրացնել:
 
«Եկամուտների գեներացման», իսկ մարդավարի ասած՝ «գլխներիդ ճարը տեսեք»-ի հայեցակարգը, իրոք, հետաքրքիր է: Սա մոտավորապես «աղքատությունը ձեր գլխում» է գաղափարախոսության ուղիղ շարունակությունն է: Այսինքն, թանգարաններն ու գրադարանները պետք է անցնեն ինքնաֆինանսավորման, իսկ ավելի լավ կլինի՝ փակվեն, որպեսզի պետբյուջեից փող չգնա այդ «անիմաստ կառույցների» վրա, ու փաշինյանական գերպարգևավճարվող չինովնիկները ավելի շատ «վարձատրվեն»: Դե, ո՞ւմ են պետք գրադարանները, թանգարանները, բուհերը, գիտությունների ակադեմիան: Կարելի է միայն մի թանգարան թողնել, այն է՝ 2018 թվականի իշխանազավթման թանգարանը (հիշում եք, երևի, նման գաղափար քպականներն ունեին): Իսկ մնացած ամեն ինչ փակել: Կարևորը՝ քպական պաշտոնյաները հարուստ, «չաղ ու բախտավոր» լինեն...
