Երկերեսանիության «լակմուսի թուղթը». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ Բաքվում աշխատանքներն սկսեց ՄԱԿ-ի՝ Կլիմայական փոփոխության համաժողովը կամ, ինչպես ավելի հայտնի է, СОР 29-ը: Ի դեպ, համաժողովը հյուրընկալող Ադրբեջանը СОР 29-ի նախագահ է նշանակել Մուխթար Բաբաևին՝ իրենց էկոլոգիայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարին, որը SOCAR-ի՝ Ադրբեջանի ազգային նավթային ընկերության նախկին փոխնախագահն է: Շատ «համահունչ» նշանակում է: Հայտնի է, որ այս կարևոր միջազգային համաժողովը Բաքվում տեղի է ունենում զուտ այն պատճառով, որ Հայաստանը ղեկավարող Փաշինյանն այդ հնարավորությունը կամովին զիջեց Ալիևին: Դրա դիմաց Ալիևը մի քանի ռազմագերիների բաց թողեց:

Հարկավ, շատերն էին այս համաժողովը դիտարկում որպես հնարավորություն՝ Ադրբեջանի վրա հավել յալ ճնշում գործադրելու և, օրինակ՝ Բաքվի կողմից բանտարկված՝ Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանն ու այլ պատանդների վերադարձին հասնելու համար: Շատերը, բայց ոչ ՀՀ ղեկավարությունը՝ ի դեմս Փաշինյանի: Ի՞նչ է ցույց տալիս այս ամենը: Նախ՝ Ալիևը կարողացավ հնարավորինս ձգձգել «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» հարցը. չնայած ԱՄՆ հեռացող նախագահ Բայդենի ուղիղ հայտարարություններին՝ մինչև СОР 29-ը պայմանագիր կնքելու մասին, ոչինչ էլ տեղի չունեցավ: Իսկ հիմա՝ առավել ևս. ԱՄՆ նախագահ է ընտրվել Թրամփը, ու կարելի է չկասկածել, որ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը կփորձեն այդ չարաբաստիկ «պայմանագրի» կնքումը հնարավորինս թանկ «վաճառել» ամերիկյան նոր վարչակազմին:

Մյուսը, ինչը հատկանշական է և ինչին առիթ ունեցել ենք անդրադառնալու, դա Արևմուտքի, այսպես ասած, դեմոկրատիայի օրենսդիրներ ներկայացող տերությունների երկդիմի, եթե ոչ՝ երկերեսանի դրսևորումն է: Անխտիր բոլորը տեղյակ են, թե ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում Ադրբեջանը: Դա դասական արևել յան, ժառանգական բռնատիրական պետություն է՝ Ալիևի կլանի ղեկավարման ներքո, որը թաթախված է կոռուպցիայի, մարդկության դեմ հանցանքների, ցեղասպանական բնույթի ոճրագործությունների մեջ: Հավել յալ զավեշտ է բնակլիմայական փոփոխությունների համաժողովը հենց Բաքվում անցկացնելը: Այո, առանձին արևմտյան երկրներում եղան СОР 29-ը Բաքվում անցկացնելու դեմ ուղղված դրսևորումներ, բայց ոչ մեկի դեպքում բանը չհասավ կառավարության կամ պետության ղեկավարի մակարդակով հայտարարության: Իսկ առանձին դիտարկումներ էլ ավելի շատ ուղղված էին նման երկրում անցկացվող համաժողովին իրենց մասնակցությունը ինչ-որ կերպ արդարացնելուն:

Մյուս հետաքրքրական հանգամանքն այն է, որ օտարերկրյա առանձին գործիչների, ազդեցիկ կամ հայտնի կառույցների հայտարարությունները, որ СОР 29-ի հետ կապված անհրաժեշտ է ազատ արձակել Բաքվի կողմից բանտված, գործնականում՝ գերեվարված հայերին, գործնականում ոչ մի աջակցություն չստացան Հայաստանի գործող իշխանության կողմից: Ավելին, Փաշինյանն անգամ լրացուցիչ «հարվածեց» Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին, որը Բաքվում գերության մեջ է: Մի խոսքով, Բաքվում մեկնարկած համաժողովը յուրատեսակ լակմուսի թուղթ դարձավ ոչ միայն Հայաստանի իշխանությունների իրական մտադրությունների ու ցանկությունների, այլև արևմտյան աշխարհի «գետնի վրա» շահերի ու հետաքրքրությունների առումով:
