Փաշինյանի օրոք արտագաղթը շարունակվում է

Վիճակագրական կոմիտեն հրապարակել է 2024 թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերին մեր երկիր ելումուտի տվյալները։ Ըստ այդմ՝ մուտք է ունեցել 3 մլն 620 հազար 446 մարդ, ելք ունեցել 3 մլն 626 հազար 571-ը։ Հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանում ՀՀ է մուտք գործել մասնավորապես ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ունեցող 1 մլն 571 հազար 846 մարդ, ելք ունեցել՝ 1 մլն 592 հազար 212-ը։

Այսինքն, մոտ 21 հազար ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ 9 ամսում հեռացել են Հայաստանից։ Տարեկան կտրվածքով, այդ թիվը կարող է հասնել 25-30 հազարի։ 2023 թ-ին Հայաստանից ավելի շատ ՀՀ քաղաքացի էր մեկնել, քան՝ ժամանել։ Բացասական հաշվեկշիռը 36 հազար 512 է։ Հայաստանից մեկնող և չվերադարձողների թիվը նախորդ 10 տարիների կտրվածքով 291 հազար 327 մարդ է։ Այս ընթացքում միայն 2020 թ-ին է ժամանողների թիվը գերազանցել մեկնողներինը՝ 42 հազար 786 մարդով։ 2018 թ. բացասական սալդոն կազմել է 4588, 2019 թ.՝ 6529 մարդ։ Ամենամեծ արտագաղթը տեղի է ունեցել հետպատերազմյան 2021 թ.՝ 73571 մարդ։ 2022 թ. Հայաստանից հեռացել է 27941 մարդ։

Փաստացի, մինչ իշխանությունը հռչակում է 2050 թ. 5 միլիոն դառնալու իր երազանքները, Հայաստանից ատագաղթը շարունակվում է կայուն տեմպերով։ Մասնագետներն ահազանգ են հնչեցնում, որ արտագաղթի այս տեմպերի պահպանման դեպքում աղետալի հետևանքներ են լինելու, բայց գործող իշխանությունները ոչինչ չեն ձեռնարկում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունը, կյանքն ու իրավունքները պաշտպանեու համար։

Կարելի է տասնյակ փաստարկներ բերել, բացատրել գիտականորեն, թե ինչու են արտագաղթում ՀՀ քաղաքացիները։ Բայց փաստն այն է, որ 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո, երբ մի պահ հույսեր էին առաջացել, որ երկրում ինչ-որ դրական փոփոխություններ կարող են լինել, պատերազմից հետո իրավիճակն ավել է վատթարացել։
