Հայաստանը չի մասնակցի Բաքվում կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովին։ Տևական ժամանակ շշուկներ էին տարածվում, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը COP29 գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելու է արտգործնախարարի մակարդակով։ Նշվում էր, որ Ադրբեջանը դրա համար կարող է ազատ արձակել Բաքվում պահվող 23 ռազմագերիներից մի քանիսին, բայց ոչ Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը։ Այսօր նոյեմբերի 11-ն է, Բաքվում գագաթնաժողովի մեկնարկի օրը։ Ադրբեջանը որևէ բանտարկյալի չի ազատել, ընդհակառակը, ավելի է սրել ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունը։

Երեկ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն հաղորդեց, որ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը նոյեմբերի 11-12-ն աշխատանքային այցով կգտնվի Շվեդիայում։ Նախատեսված է հանդիպում Շվեդիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մարիա Մալմեր Ստեներգարդի հետ: Ծրագրված են նաև երկկողմ հանդիպումներ գործադիր և օրենսդիր շրջանակների այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ: «Հայաստանը շահագրգռված է Շվեդիայի հետ քաղաքական երկխոսության և գործընկերության հետագա ընդլայնմամբ՝ թե՛ երկկողմ օրակարգով, թե՛ տարբեր ձևաչափերով՝ ներառյալ ԵՄ-ի շրջանակներում»,-նշել է Արարատ Միրզոյանը։

Փաստացի, Հայաստանից հայտնել են, որ չեն մասնակցելու գագաթնաժողովին։ Ըստ երևույթին, որոշ անձանց ազատելու հարցով բանակցությունները ձախողվել են։ ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, անվտանգային հարցերով փորձագետ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի խոսքով, թվում էր, թե որ Ադրբեջանը միջազգային խոշոր միջոցառումը պետք է օգտագործեր իր «խաղաղասիրական», «կառուցողական» դիրքորոշումները ներկայացնելու համար, սակայն ինչ-որ բան այն չէ: «Ալիևը հատկապես վերջին շրջանում ակտիվ քննադատում է միջազգային այն դերակատարներին, երկրներին, որոնք ինչ-որ կերպ աջակցում կամ սատարող հայտարարություններ են հնչեցնում Հայաստանի մասին, դեռ չեմ խոսում Հայաստանի դեմ իջեցվող նախապայմանների ու սպառնալիքների մասին:

Հայաստանյան իշխանությունների այն պնդումները, որ զիջումներով կարելի է խաղաղության հասնել, ոչ միայն մեզ չի մոտեցրել իրական խաղաղության, այլ հավելյալ խոցելիություն է ստեղծել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար»,- նշել է նա:
