Պատահական չէ իրանցի փորձագետների հետ համաժողովը Կապանում անցկացնելը. Ծառուկյան

Կապանում մեկնարկել է «Հայաստան-Իրան. համագործակցություն և հեռանկարներ» խորագրով փորձագիտական աշխատաժողովը՝ հայկական և իրանական վերլուծական, գիտական կենտրոնների փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի Հանրային կապերի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Գոռ Ծառուկյանը նշել է, որ գլխավոր նպատակն է կարծիք ձևավորող իրանցի փորձագիտական, գիտական, առաջատար լրատվական գործակալությունների ներկայացուցիչներին ներկայացնել ՀՀ պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը Հայաստան-Իրան հարաբերությունների զարգացման տեսլականի շուրջ: 

«Մյուս նպատակն է՝ ներկայացնել Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումները՝ կապված տարածաշրջանային գործընթացների, Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան կարգավորման գործընթացի հետ, ինչպես նաև ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ , որն ուղղակիորեն առնչվում է Իրանի հետ, և առանց նրա դիրքորոշումները նկատի ունենալու այս գործընթացները չեն կարող բարեհաջող տեղի ունենալ: Այս նպատակով մենք փորձում ենք հնարավորինս թափանցիկ ներկայացնել, թե որոնք են Հայաստանի հետաքրքրություններն ապաշրջափակման գործընթացում և դրանք որքան սերտ են Իրանի շահերի հետ: Հնարավորինս թափանցիկ ներկայացրել ենք նաև, այդ թվում՝ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում, Հայաստան-Արևմուտք  համագործակցության էությունը, տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները, ընդգծվել և շեշտվել է, որ  դրանք չեն կարող օգտագործվել երրորդ երկրների, մասնավորապես, Իրանի դեմ»,-ասել է  Ծառուկյանը՝ կարևորելով համաժողովը Կապանում անցկացնելը, որպեսզի իրանցի պատվիրակներն իրենց աչքով տեսնեն և պատկերացնեն , թե ինչ էական նշանակություն, ընթացք  ունի Սյունիքի զարգացումը և ինչպիսի կարևորություն ունի այն Հայաստան-Իրան հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման հարցում: 

«Պատահական չէ, որ Երևանից հենց օդանավով իրենց տեղափոխեցինք Կապան, որպեսզի իրենք էլ տեսնեն դրա կարևորությունը, այնուհետև տեսնեն «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» ճանապարհի շինարարության ընթացքը, որը կապելու է Հայաստանն Իրանին»,-հավելել է ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի Հանրային կապերի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոնի տնօրենը՝ ընդգծելով նաև Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի արդյունահանմանն իրանցի փորձագետներին ծանոթացնելու կարևորությունը: 

«Մեր իրանցի գործընկերները տեսան, թե ինչ բարձր մակարդակով է կազմակերպվում արդյունահանումը, անվտանգային ու տեխնոլոգիական ինչ բարձր չափանիշներ, կարգավորումներ են ներդրված այս ճյուղում»,-ավելացրե է Ծառուկյանը:
